Can you please tell me if tea coffee making facilities are provided and do you know if any of the rooms come with a balcony ? Many thanks

Some rooms might have a balcony. Check the Agoda link, which will show you the different types of rooms available, & may advise if tea & coffee facilities are available. They probably are, but I didn't use them, & don't want to say they definitely are just in case they are not. But realistically, don't all hotels have tea & coffee making facilities?! I do mention in the video that it is on Sukhumvit 19, AND show a map, so you should be able to find it. But if really does help, it is apparently number 49. But the hotel does have clear signage identifying it, & that is really what people should be looking for.

Check Agoda. Rates will generally vary according to the season, but 500thb is a rough guide.
