Interactions with LeBron would make for some must see TV. 😂 On a serious note, remember when Mark Cuban called out Skip Bayless on his lack of basketball knowledge? Skip's analysis amounted to just "LeBron didn't want it enough" and Mark asked him point blank what plays did they call for LeBron in that series and Skip couldn't say anything.

ESPN ripped the Nets for hiring Steve Nash. They better hold that same standard on Reddick. I don't want to hear how this is a great hire from an unproven stubborn close minded commodity. That's right. Reddick is stubborn and you all know it. He gets super defensive when someone disagrees with him and outright dismisses anything that does not align with his views or beliefs

It’s about leadership. Successful coaches are great not only from their high basketball IQ, and in game adaptability; but their ability bring out the best in their team. JJ is knowledgeable and articulate, but it’s yet to be seen if he is a leader of men, bringing the best out of them. Only time and opportunity will tell.

Playoff teams in the West play defense both individual and team defense. Lakers at one time had a great defensive coach (Vogel) that had them in 1st place in the NBA and helped them win a championship, they then decided to let him go. The blame game has gone out of control with no accountability to the star players themselves (LBJ & AD) No matter who the coach is, the same foundations exist. Turnovers, Load Managing, Failed Boxouts, Failed Team Help Defense, are all individual tasks. Yes coach Ham was not the ideal coach for this team, but lets be real here the fact is that these superstars are not 100% committed to team winning, its self winning they focus on (Stats, Brand, Recognitions). The Legacies for both players (LBJ & AD) and franchise (Lakers) will always be questioned going forward with this frequent turnover of personnel and coaches.
