2 lb chicken thigh qeema 2 tbsp gg paste 1 medium tomato, chopped 2 hari mirchein 4 chopped green onions 1 handful green cilantro 1/2 cup Makai ka atta 1 egg for binding Masale: 2 tbsp anardana powder 1 tbsp crushed red pepper 1 tbsp bhuna kuta dhaniya 1 tbsp bhuna kuta zeera 2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp garam masala 1. Mix everything. 2. Heat 4-6 tbsp oil. Pan surface should be completely covered 3. Make patties. They should be slightly big since they shrink when cooking. 4. Place in oil for frying. 5 minutes per side.

@@hanakm140 it gives a slightly tangy taste, tbh I used 2 tbsp Shan chapli masala since it has some anardana in it..then I figured it must contain salt so I omitted the 2 tsp salt

TRIED and TASTED!👌👌 1st time I shallow-fried them next time baked in the oven. Both turned out super delicious. I didn't found the pomegranate powder so I added crushed pomegranate seeds. Thanks Ma'am Ruby for sharing amazing & delicious recipes with us.
