Is charles Schwab safe? I am about to sell my house and will be getting back about 200k, due to family emergencies we have to live in my wife's country for 6 months to a year, would you recommend me keeping that amount in an account like schwab high yield? Thanks

I am a Discover customer. What I love about my rewards is that I opt into rolling my rewards from my two checking accts into my high yield interest savings with them.

Yes! I am going to be leaving BOA. Tired of the monthly fees 🤦🏻♂️. Thank you for this review of different available. Ramti Sethi (I Will Teach You to Be Rich) definitely states to stay away from BOA and WellsFargo. As you alluded to, other banks are way better with their HYSA and checking. 👍

I have a Fidelity cash management account that I can write checks. No minimum balance, no fee. I use a PNC checking account because of my spouse.
