2019 has literally flown by so quickly. But I'll remember the wonderful experiences had, all the new established friendships and the great availability of the various owners and drivers who made some videos possible. And it doesn't even seem to me that I've been uploading videos for more than a decade now :O As usual I can't thank you enough for your amazing and continuous support during all this time. a lot of times, especially official videos, sometimes fan videos, there's music playing over the engine sound. in this case, no music = good.

High quality recordings, high quality sounds, and when you started uploading 3D binaural audio recordings it made me very happy! Your binaural recording of Group C cars racing at Spa is still my most favourite car sound video of all time! Keep up the fantastic work, and thank you for always giving me videos to look forward to. I have an idea: Why not make a "best onboard sounds/moments" compilation? You have made some awesome onboard clips over the years and it would be cool to see all the best bits in one video! The video from Spa is from 2017 so I must record a new one! Regarding the "Best onboards" compilation, for sure it's a great idea and I don't discard it at all ;)

That thing screamed like hell thunder. Easily one of the most underrated sounding V12 F1 engines. 😔

I love how the E30 has one sound when coming towards you, and then changes once it gets past you.

4:13 i will never forget this georgious V8 sound. Played in 2004 GTR 1 on PC in a online racing league and my car was the Saleen S7R. It is only a game, but the sound at that time was amazing and not far away from reality.

I love prototypes with V10s. Takes me back.

Outstanding! "Best Car Sounds" with no terrible music or commentary. The Ferrari 458 powered Gt86 is complete lunacy. And it's fantastic. Also, the F50 has always perplexed me. How can Ferrari make so many lovely sounding engines, and yet the F50 sounds dreadful? Granted it's an actual racecar, but the Aston Martin that follows is at :45 sounds glorious, the F50 sounds flatulent.

4:17 Steve Saleen's P7R is the only car that was given a weight penalty of 220 pounds per race. Runs a Clevor Ford engine. 351 Windsor block and 351 Cleveland heads, all aluminum out of Fontana founders. Great video.

You're welcome! Yes and no. I don't have enough footage to make a decent dedicated video of an official ex-BTCC one because I saw one of the Rapid Fit in action at Goodwood last year and then at the Nürburgring (but it was only on static display). The only two V6 Mondeos I ever recorded are used in hillclimb races and you can watch my video of them here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/hW2klq-oiqW_dLw.html&t They should have been both used in the German Super Tourenwagen Cup back in the nineties but I'm not 100% sure. Still the engine is the same 2.0 V6 of the BTCC ones ;)
