No he did a good job showing placing from the outside that's the key

After you get the bunker working you can place the triangle floor on the inside it doesn’t effect it

This also works on a 3 triangle starter, so 6 minus the one then build out

Can’t you softside the square to open

offset bunkers that you can open from inside your base are better imo

Usually the triangle frame should be at 9% stability. If not then it’s connected to the base and not the offset square. And if its on the base the bunker will never work. By the way you can place a triangle laderhatch and when you get off just take it off and close bunker. Thing is you should place a bag on the outside cause these bunker cant be opened from inside

This is not the best bunker, it is great but you need to keep that square block to disconnect bunker which doesn’t work in a lot of builds, the one with wall frames to disconnect is better in many other base designs

Just build 2 low triangle foundations and then 2 high on each side. Way more simple

How are you supposed to get in and out if you can’t place anything and the door is raised?

Either place a twig foundation and a half wall or build the floor for your honeycomb on the other side and add a furnace

most bunker designs open from the outside. you should always have a few bags outside your base or a flank base for raid retakes

It should work on console, make sure you are stood behind the wall when placing the triangle roofs :)

Just dont place a wall where the square connects to the empty traingle and instead wall that square in on 3 sides but leave the side that faces the 2x1 open. Then add a ceiling on top and you should be able to place the roof on the inside.@@Muksex

Imagine me raiding my own hqm floor My guess is that in the lates patch FP fixed the offside foundation attachment. After the server restart where it was 10 stability appears 38

The important part of this bunker is the 3 triangle square, 14 triangles, squares back.....

So you can’t honeycomb this base with the square there?

You can turn that square into an entrance or wall and roof it off, works as honeycomb :)

Exactly, therefore not the best bunker. Imo the pixelgaps in walls are the best (horizontal or vertical). Even the godbunker is better than this one.

dont build in a dense area if youre not a chad then, you can build the offset bunker without being killed that way
