they are both really good, but comboshrooms helps you finish enemies quicker, and actually increases your super charge rate, which helps you just chain supers even quicker

It would have been good if u show the photo of the gadget or starpower when saying about it coz i can't remember any of their names

In my personal opinion most of these are inaccurate like personally i think the shield star power for Darryl is better as it can give Darryl more survivability when Rollin onto someone.

the old rolling reload star power was better. ever since it was reworked, it’s definitely not worth it. having that slight shield when rolling that short period of time can only do so much for you. it’s way better to have the ammo after you are done rolling to be able to deal consistent burst damage to the enemies. but please, try to tell me more builds that are “inaccurate.” i’d love to say otherwise

@@BrenYT Welp I also think the shield gadget is better than the power surge gadget for surge as the power gadget is good in early game but almost useless in late game as you'd probably already have stage 2 with surge and it's not hard for a surge to get a super after stage 2 and the shield gadget is always good and more versatile and make you win match ups that you probably wouldn't win against. Like 50% damage reduction for the first hit you take and 2 ammo instantly when surge reload speed is slow is so op. The shield gadget basically gives you 5 ammo to use at once and that can almost one shot every brawler since surge's unload speed and damage is very high.

@@hackerboytv3379 just because you are at stage 2, why can’t you use it then? you can still use it to get stage 3 for 10 seconds which gives you that extra main attack range to help you out even more. power shield just isn’t that good anymore because the damage reduction sucks. yes you can gain ammo back and that’s great and all, but the gadget will only be super useful when you are facing brawlers that don’t shoot multiple projectiles per main attack. it’s better to use power surge to get that additional stage, no matter what stage you are on (unless it’s the last stage)

@@BrenYTthat’s quite an aggressive response to someone voicing their personal opinion. Statistic-wise the builds are probably bis. Play style-wise people probably disagree with some. I personally do not agree with several, the bea star power for example. I prefer to have a shield instead, which is mostly due to me enjoying playing sub 50% life to get the damage boost from the gear piece. As for Edgar I would assume that a several prefer the healing star power over the damage, however I can understand why the damage jump is recommended. On ladder and probably also lower ranks of ranked Edgar’s are overconfident and jump in 1v3, at which point whilst hitting multiple enemies adds up to the healing received.

Fresh kicks is good for 3v3 divine doles is better for showdown

not much has really changed as far as builds for the most part. a lot of the recent balances changes were to stats, not necessarily, star powers, gadget, gears etc

with rosa your goal is to try and get down the enemy or enemies as fast as possible when using your super. when you are hypercharged and have the damage gear active PLUS thorny gloves, it just ensures that you are dealing the most amount of damage when using your super to finish off the enemies. yes healing is great and all, but just stop attacking and heal up instead when inside of bushes. getting that extra damage is way more valuable with a brawler like rosa

spike is pretty much good everywhere. he’ll be good in showdown because he can burst down boxes quickly, he can still deal a lot of damage from close or far away, and he has great poking abilities with his spike grenades

crow’s poking ability is just too good. he can constantly keep his distance away from the enemies and chip the enemies to death. he also has his super which he can use either to pounce on weak enemies, or to escape danger. especially if you run his slowing toxin gadget, it makes it even more difficult for enemies to escape your attacks
