I took every precaution possible with my turbo when is comes to oil delivery and drain. I used the precision large oil drain fitted. It is square ported, i ported the turbo cartridge as well. On the oil inlet side no more hit or miss restrictor. I opted for the TurboSmart OPR oil pressure regulator. It is absolutely the way to go.

Thank you for the video. I'm currently getting parts together for my k24 turbo build. It's taking some time to get it all, and I have forgotten a few things, but this video has been quite an eye-opener. I'm in Australia and get most, if not all, my parts from eBay but it can be hard at times to know what to get and if it's going to be what I actually need as this is the first time turbocharging a car or anything for a fact so thank you again you've been very helpful.

Same here with the 1320 manifolds. I have 2 top mount manifolds with the "Blemish" deal and l probably put a couple of blemishes while installing them. 😂

I cut the waste gate snout off of 1 and moved it to the other side of my blem top mount lol

Nice kit u put together. I think it’s best to buy parts individually when putting a kit together as u can customise it. That’s what I did with mine. Wasn’t for a K, something else.

I bought an rsx cxracing turbo kit with the 11 gauge manifold for my ep3 k20a2 unopened. I changed the wastegate to a 45mm turbosmart gen 5, bov to a tial rep, even kept the old cast gt35 with .63 hot side that came with the kit and still made 450whp 313 tq @ 15lbs on a hot humid day on pump gas on a returnless fuel set up. Would’ve made more if it had an rbc on it. This is relatively the same kit and prolly spent less than I did for better stuff, awesome video!

The BOV you show is the gen 2 copy. Even the authentic Tial BOV has problems. Lately you have been getting the gen 1 knock. They are extremely good👍The wastegates you sell are also great performers and very cost affective 🤗

Funny you are almost selecting the same parts I usually do. However I prefer turbosmart/ GFB wastegate and prefer HKS bov, I’m going to run GTx3582R myself but yes definitely makes sense thank you!

Tip: Use a ratcheting clamp to help put the wastegate back together.

Aren't you gonna run a full exhaust? I want to see the downpipe and etc process. Although, PLM makes a 2 piece V-band 3" downpipe that would possibly fit. It has a flex pipe and all. Christine should be your camera woman for all of the videos! It's different watching you being filmed vs random selfie mode.

have you used those blocks for for the oil pressure switch? I used one to mount a gauge for oil pressure and the bastard was reading 0 at idle on a d16, I now have a sandwich plate with oil temp, pressure and oil feed and everything is normal

No I just tap the intercooler pipe instead. I show this on the future videos building this car

It’s 3/8npt however I don’t run the water lines I just leave them open.

i have a failed speedfactory map sensor f/b/d type. it leaks air and vaccum through it's construction, where the plastics were not glued good enough. And I don't know where to get my waranty. Also speedfactory looks way cheaper than omni

Building 96 Ek hatch K24a2 pushing 220whp all motor atm gonna give this 1320 headers and I seen they have innercooler and piping on there site now too a try. As for turbo I wanna push 400whp give or take. So I’m not sure on a quick spooling turbo 6262 your using looked to big but I’m not sure.

Hi Im interested in the VSR 58/55 Dual Ball Bearing Billet on your website, I have a 1320 topmount for my B series, I need to know if the dual vband model will be compatible with my manifold. Could you possibly measure the vband inlet flange?

The vband inlet flanges are 2.5 inch and the outlet is 3 inch

I’m not sure. Just search k20 turbo manifold on eBay and pickup the rev9 one they are super similar just different raw finish. @@HunterTuned i did see the rev9, they have mixed reviews on some of their manifolds on other cars about the welds and rough edges inside the manifold + slag. I’ll probably take my chances though Bc it’s that or the cx racing kit with the down pipe for me lol. Appreciate the response.
