Vietnamese coffee blows Starbucks away, big time. My closest friends are Vietnamese and they are some of the most wonderful people on this earth. If you want to visit one of the most awesome countries on earth, give One Trip a try. You won't be sorry and you absolutely will not be poor afterward. You can visit Vietnam and take $3000 with you... live like royalty for two weeks and come back with half of your money... but I didn't... I took the time to visit an orphanage and spent $500 for rice, pork, chicken and vegetables to feed the children. I also brought them several kilos of candy as well. It was the best $500 I have ever spent in my life... and I plan to do it again next year. No, this isn't an advertisement for One Trip. I just tried it and loved every minute of it. Thanks Sonny for the best vacation of my life!

Ya, I like Vietnamese coffee more as well with condense milk. My grandmother is 87 years old and I drank her cup every morning for 13 years before I moved to US. The coffee is more bitter, more intense. The Star buck or any Americans coffee I drank so far is like watered down version. 1 dollars now is like 24k in Vietnam, so 3000 dollars you will live like a royalty. A full meal in the morning for me with 2 bowls of Bun Bo Hue and a cup of coffee was like around 2.25 dollars. I came back to Vietnam and ate seafood all the time, so cheap compared to here in US. I often told my grandmother to cooked some seafood and send it over, LOL.

Tim you’re right. Everything in Vietnam is much cheaper than its price in almost country. For example, in vietnam we have coffee on every streets with the incredible price ^^ if you have 1$ you could buy 8 sticks of milky coffee which means 8 cups of coffee .

@RONI it depends on the place you went to but for a german i would consider most places Hot or at least warm, humidity is not that much of an issue i think. When you come in rainy season it can downpour heavily but the heat usually dries it up in short time also it is the most humid in that moments. My allergies don't seems to be accustomed the the local stuff in keep quiet xD
