It's not mandatory to register, but u can use their app to note down your BP reading
First reading is 146 second and third is 134 which one is correct

whats the difference between 7156 and 7156t version?

7156t version has Bluetooth which connects the BP monitor to Omron app for keeping the BP measurement reading history in your smartphone and the 7156 version doesn't have Bluetooth option.
