The fact that on the door there’s a drill hole next to the speaker, meaning the door isn’t sealed, so air is leaking when the speaker plays music… you all know nothing about car audio, that’s one of the most basic things, no air leakage.

Thats a mid range speaker, not a bass speaker. Doesn't make a difference what so ever. The mid range speaker isn't moving any air so it doesn't matter. Saying "you all know nothing" is quite big of a claim from such a small detail.

@@maxl7827 no mate of course not :) not having a fully active 3 way front end in printed pillar pods with a helix dsp and a sealed fi sub. But no mate clearly after spending £3k on my audio system all done by myself, I don’t have enough knowledge.

@@R53.charlie You can spend all money you want, but if you can't tune the dsp it will still be trash. If you also knew something you would have seen the dsp amplifier in this video that is coming from the same manufacturer that make your glorious helix. Even same software to adjust😂

he swapped speakers he wasn't adding a sound system. seemed fine to me. and I'm also a "real audio enthusiast". trust me, it's the youtube comments

If I want expensive and quality ….. I’ll go “ Focal “……. These remind me of some JVCs from Walmart 😂. You need 2 amplifiers, one for your mids and highs and the other for the Subwoofers. You are not getting anything crazy off that factory deck.

Idk anything about this brand but I have to point out 1 thing there are plenty plenty systems out there powering mids highs and there sub/s off 1 amp.... now there usually 5 channel amps 4 channel amps are used for mids and highs 5 channel amps usually have a subwoofer input as well as speaker inputs. The proper way to do it tho is run a good 4 channel amp and a monolock amp monoblocks are strictly subwoofer amplifiers. Im sure these are just as expensive as focal tho and focal has been around for countless years id go with focal for high end speakers as well lol. I mean who knows tho there's companies coming out with some crazy shit now days so maybe they are better who knows lol.

Yes in my opinion yess but I honestly have suggestions for even better options for brands to run with if your interested lmk ill leave a few brands to look into other than focal focal is over priced and I know of brands better that are way cheaper. Ampere audio CT sounds Powerbass Crescendo Sound qubed Rockford Fosgate Skar audio These are brands id suggest checking out if you happen to have any other questions lmk I can give other brands if you can't find something solid enough from these brands but you should find something thats very solid and they all have great 4 channel and 5 channel amps also mono block class d amps as well.

You don't need 2 amplifiers when there is 1 amplifier with 7 channels as seen at the end. Power up to 1290W which is more than enough.

Speaker boxes in doors? Bmw moved the midbass/bass to the floors and now they have "speaker boxes". Door speakers are not supposed to play bass because doors are one of the worst places to put bass speakers in.

@@weedshoes5089 Not really, just having the front and rear soundwaves insulated from each other (like the door metal sheet in this case) is enough. Mids that play 300hz and upwards don't really benefit from box

Those are not plug & play. You will have to modify the mounting and cut the wires which many people do not want to do. Alos the brands you mentioned are mid, not any better than these ones in the video.
