Great video, a lot of useful tips. I'll be breeding Orzerks with Artisan-Work Slave-Serious-Nocturnal, I'm not a numbers guy but it seems like droping a little work speed in favor of having the generators going as much as possible would make a huge difference.

If you go to custom settings for your world, you can increase the number of bases to 10 btw

Damn that’s the first thing I’m doing. Been using my main metal/sul/coal base as a raid base for awhile now and frankly I’m tired of building new metal gates

At least for me I had to go into the settings and boost the max pile number up to 50 my base was maxed out to begin with and it didn't have any extra slots it might have just been a bug from pre-existing world don't know though

I bred a artisan Orzerk with the new nocturnal trait and it was more than enough for one oil pump two of them were enough for the 3 node base. Also theres another new trait that doubles the rate of breeding so its a lot quicker to get ranks.... now if only I could make enough cakes to keep up.

@@DrybearGamers You can also use the new Helzephyr Lux to have a nocturnal (via Dark) electric generator, but it is base Electric 3 instead of Orzerk's 4. 4-star and bred for Work Speed should be sufficient though. Alternatively yeah, Orzerk with Nocturnal would be very good. Nocturnal's kinda vital since Electricity runs out.

HERES A TIP, use the new helzphyr lux, breed it with artisan and put 4 in your base with the 2 upgraded pylon and the electric boost structure it will be efficient and run 24-7 because helzephyr lux are dark so they dont sleep. Breeding for helzephyr lux is beakon and regular helzephyr or two helzephyr.

I play solo, i built a base at the 3 node location and set up 2 large generators. Initially i had 4 lvl3 electric pals and they just weren't cutting it, i swapped to 4 orzerk and they worked but barely (power would run out shortly after nightfall), then lucked out and bred one with nocturnal and then things started getting good as i then was able to get 4 orzerk with artisan, serious, and nocturnal and that keeps the extractors going 24/7.

I found that Sootseer, another new pal, drops oil as well. I also got one of the new comet encounter pals as I booted up the game for the update.

@@DrybearGamers I also found out that another new pal, Lullu, drops beautiful flowers and a lot of them! Makes the mind wipe potions easier to craft.

My pair of maxed work-speed oreserks can almost keep 2 running. Also 50 pals in a base now?!

Crude oil production 100% rate limits production in the endgame now. Combined with Pal AI not functioning properly when not rendered (transport jobs don't happen) it makes sense to me to relocate all of my bases to the South Oil Fields on the new island. You can absolutely adjust your settings (new max is 10 bases and 50 pals at 55) but keeping it to the stock settings gives me 3 bases of 15 pals for production and the raid base free. After slotting in the 4 pals for oil (3x Orserk + Helz lux) I have 11 slots for the 3 other functions I'm pursing for each base's function. Currently I have the 3 bases assigned to: Breeding (4 pens + 2 bees + HL), Salad (3 Ly, 3 Jorm, 3 FNoct, J ignis, HL) and Legendary Spheres/Ore/Production (3 Aste, 3 Anubis, Wumpo, 2 J Ignis, 1 Jorm). I'm considering scaling up to 25 pals with basically the same distribution just more of each, but the old PC is already unhappy. Oh and Helz Lux get bread by crossing a Helz with a Beakon, so I was able to dump all my Helz Passives over to the new Lux after just an hour of breeding. Orserk is Relax + Griz for those who don't already know.

I have 5 oil extractors currently at the one with 3 oil pits. one with 2 power generators with 2 Orserks on each with artisan, work-slave, serious and nocturnal. not sure if the electric pylon helps much but I have that as well. You can put 2 extractors on one oil pit if you fiddle with it, make sure the tank on the sides of the crude oil extractors are facing opposite directions from each other otherwise it probably wont work. You can change base number to 10 via custom world settings now if 4 is not enough. pal capacity can be changed to 50 for bases as well but that seems a bit ridiculous lol good for raids if anyone struggles with them.

Idk if you’ve experienced this but when I do multiple normal power generators all my electric pals can’t charge it above 3 percent. Even my Orzerks. It wouldn’t power up my oil thing. The only thing I could think of was learning the advanced generator in the ancient technology slot and built that and my orzerk would finally charge it. But the others wouldn’t charge do you know why that is?

You letterally can just farm these by going to oil rig, go clear it, then come back and kill some kitkit sleep so the oil rig rewards could respawn, those enimes too...... Drop crude oil, and you can use lock pick(a new item)to unlock the chests or use keys to open them, they would likely have 40 - 30 crude oil so you would never run out of that.......

2 orsek maxed out with artisan/work slave/ serious and nocturnal are enough to 2 even 3 oil extractors, you will se the difference

One thing I haven’t been able to figure out about this game is if you are far away from this base for example will the crude oil still extract? Because my base is on the island below sakurajima and i would do the base you’re doing if it’s not too far away

Check status on an individual pal and set Favorite in the top right. Then you can sort with favorites first in your Palbox. It's a game changer :)

I got this weird pal from the new area from a meteor. I don't know what it is.

I just have two perfect orserks i just have workaholic artisan diat lover and nocturnal trust me its hard to get them but there so worth it they keep my generators 100% and even my oil farm that has three oil nodes with only one generator

looks like we're going to move bases. each one base on top of each one oil node

I saw a base with 2 extractors per oil node and the guy mentioned having to place them pixel perfect apart from eachother. Idk how though i think it was patched.

crude oil sucks electricity hard bro. i have 2 power generator setup for 2 crude oil and 6 orserk for running the genetor and it still not enough. means, if the orserk go to sleep than the crude oil slowly turning off too😭

Another problem with Orserks is that they like to run off to build, craft and transport instead of being the batteries they're supposed to be. I can't do much of anything else besides farming oil on the 3 node base or they all run off to do other stuff.

I just have a bunch of new helzephyrs luxs which work throughout the night. Just have 2 per generator and a few more for when the others rest.

You need electric pylon at your base. It boosts electricity efficiency.

Maraith drops crude oil also.

I have 5 power generators with 5 Ozerks, and it's not enough power to run two oil production facilities. It's insane how much power those things need.

I run 1 ozerk 4 star perfect working passives and he alone powers 2 oil extractors using 1 generator only 😂 My man, I suggest u invest in some breeding 🫵😏👍 With ma bases set to 10 I currently run 6 perfect ozerks powering 6 oil bases for me to collect more oil that ur average cunsumerboy 😂

You need the large generators and you should use 2 for the place with 3 oil extractors.

I hope they add some more spawn points for the big electric pals because out of all the types i find those the biggest pain to breed for, im realy praying for some system in the future to help breeding since a long going worlds fine but starting fresh sucks hard.

Grizzbolt and relaxasaurus make orserk it will help you alot you can get both pals before left 25

@@Itachia_GamingNA yes but while relaxasaurus is plentiful grizzbolts rare and only in one spot so getable yes but breedwise to get stats sucks so out of all the creatures im realy hoping for more spawn points for grizzbolt in the future.

@@Quintessence4444 That is a rare one i still havent seen that one appear yet and iv already caught a few hundred pals since the update. A shame there was no way to influence them like catching a pal at night has a higher chance or something.

Kikits catch as many as you can the catch some more then run then lil thur the auto butcher and your rich

Me: Tryna figure out the new breeding combos for the old pals because the new ones are crap, but the breeding combos got changed. 😫

I run 1 power generator for 2 extractors, i just have 2 godroll Electric pals to generate electricity

Anyone has a good electric pal set up yet

1) Set ur bases to 10 in settings 2) have 3 main bases, 1 raid base and 6 oil bases 3) on each oil base keep it simple: 2 pumps, 2 ozerk 4 star, 1 food, 2 beds, 1 generator 4) relax and collect 😂 Edit: 1 perfect 4 star ozerk is enough to power 2 oil extraction pumps with only 1 generator Its just dedicated preparation. While u guys all abandoned palworld cuz nO cOnTeNt left to play, ur boy invested in maxing out his wallet with over 100 mil, breeding 60 raidboss pals fully maxed out as well as setting up the perfect base working pal combos to become a palworld boss. New update: Completed in about 2hrs 😂

It's been out 30 min after PC update...

Making the PALmetalignot just to make one of thosei s a pain in the a$$ in the first place -,-; I was able to only make one to have at a nearby node near my base is hard enough as it is OH well.

thats funny i got that spot on the beach on the hydra server i play completeing with 60 people id recomend artsan/seroius/workslave/necto orskers work 24/7 with the night perk 140 work speed
