Hey Christian! Rob's SFW (Sportrx Frame Width) is 139, the EXACT same as the Roca. It would likely fit you very well! Hope this helps!

Greetings Yousef! In the video we start with the smallest fit and work up to the largest. For a medium fit, an SFW (SportRx Frame Width) between 130 and 135 mm would likely suit you best.
