Well Crimson is one of my favourites but the demand of so much power, and then i actually forgot whether it came out this year or earlier haha.

What is your benchmark for timbre and what tracks do you use to discern it, cause to me pilgrim sounded a bit thin and lacked a lot of character sounded like another generic IEF tuned iem with nothing exciting also separation leaves a lot to be desired.

Hello bro, Sorry for my late reply to you, i actually slept early yesterday. for me my benchmark for natural timbre under the 1000$ price bracket is Softears Twilight and DUNU SA6 MK2. As for tracks, i usually check out my regional tracks which i am very much aware with. Yes. the Pilgrim is a bit of slightly lean compared to the Twilight, not so much when compared with SA6 MK2, vocals and the overall timbre and feel is completely natural and well-textured for me. Separation I personally find the Pilgrim to be quite crisp and well-refined, only thing that might come close around its price point would be the DUNU SA6 MK2(which i simply used to love around this price bracket). I have not heard the Hype4 enough to pass a judgement, but i liked it more than the Hype2. From my distinct sound memory of that one, I would personally pick Pilgrim(one primary reason, cleaner and refined sound on Pilgrim).

How would you compare Elysian pilgrim with Gaea since you experienced both.

I personally couldn't connect much with the Gaea, sounded a little hollow to me. It's a little more lean yet more detailed. Pilgrim offers some crazy good resolution and details and maintains clean timbre for the price point and even above. I would easily recommend these even if your budget is up to 600-700$.
