That is my favorite Cambodian restaurant in Providence, great review brother. It's actually pronounced "Ap-Sa-Ra" which is translated to "Celestial Maiden". Apsara is part of Cambodian culture. It's a very good restaurant for sure, I too like to order that spicy crispy chicken as appetizer lol. I liked and subscribed brother, keep doing what you do!
