In this video, I went to one of the Arabic restaurants in Istanbul, in esenyurt neighborhood, and made a video of the process of cooking and serving Arabic falafel.
Falafel is a completely vegetarian and healthy food and is high in protein and carbohydrates.
And due to the presence of fresh vegetables next to falafel, it provides the right amount of fiber for a meal.
Falafel is made from chickpeas in a way that in order to make falafel, some chickpeas are soaked in water for 24 hours until they become soft, and then they are kneaded with the help of a machine and Arabic spices are used to flavor the falafel. .
And by adding a little sesame to the falafel dough, they fry it in oil.

الدقيقة 4:33 والدفيقة 5:65 أيضا الخبزة المحروقة ويظهر سواد الحرق المفروض أن العامل هداه الله يستبعد الخبزة ما يقبلها على نفسه فكيف يرضاها للزبائن ؟!
Looks good but why wear glove on one hand and not the other!

واضح الفلافل كثير طيبة لكن … النظاااااافة صفر المفروض يلبسون قفازات في اليدين والي جالس يسوي الساندويتشات لابس القفاز في اليمين وتارك اليسار الي المفروض اذا ما بيلبس قفازين يلبس على الاقل قفاز في يده اليسار.

انا مستغرب من الناس يلي امفكرا انو الكف معيار النظافة اذا احسن شيف بالعالم غولدن رامسي ما بيستعمل كف. حبيبي الشغل بالعجين ما بيستعمل كف ولا في اي بلد بالعالم......واليد هي انظف من الكف بس الدقن مثلا والشعر الطويل واللبس يلي مو نظيف و البسطة النظيفة و البراد النظيف هاي اساس الشغل مو الكفوف حاج هبل

ممكن الشغل بالعجين صعب بالكفوف. لكن اللي عم يلف لازم يلبس كفين والعجان لازم يكون عنده لباس شغل موحد مع باقي الشغيلة. الشباب معلمين اكيد لكن بروسيا عندنا ما بيخلوهم يشتغلوا بدون دفاتر صحة وتقيد بتعليمات الصحة
فقايري ليش هيك معصمصة
يعني ينفع الواحد يلعب بطيزو و يشتغل بالاكل اذا لابس كف ؟
Mint leaves was not necessary it spoil the taste completely.
