Some of the video settings should be noted that being higher is a good thing and if you can still achieve 144+ FPS, you should have them higher up. Things like impact marks and spot shadow should be on high and model/effects detail should be at least on medium. In some locations you can look down where a rope is and not see the ground when it's on low but on medium you can.

I recommand using VibranceGUI. You can just add all your games and even have diffrent vibrance settings for them each, very simple programs that just auto runs and runs in the backround.. atleast for me it was better, becouse nvidia changed the vibrance on everything, normal use and all, not just when gaming

1:40 - you can make a autoexec to walk on shift, so there's no issue there -> bind_US_standard "LSHIFT" "+speed; +walk" 0 //"+speed" toggles zoom level

Streaming while gaming reduces your fps if its from the same pc because the computer is doing more things at once rather than just gaming

If you have something like Dolby or DTS you need to change the audio type from "voice/dialogue" shooter or set it to automatic.

Some lines are showing up and if an enemy is standing next to an object it is impossible to see them. I thought it was anti-aliasing but it is not. Do you have any clue what is that?

@@blades1779 Probably your resolution. Are you using a stretched res? If you are, then no wonder. Try sharpening the game or try to change some color settings maybe? I have the same problem, I use 1280x1024 stretched res.

there is, u just need to go to this path -> C:\Users\USERNAME\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\local replace the USERNAME by your actual user name that u use on ur computer !

I'd start with your Windows. Check out Fr33thy on youtube, do a fresh optimized install, then optimize your game, cap them frames and you should be good. I have a 3080 and cap my frames at 237 on 1440p

Sens is personal preference. Plus even if you copy his sens, it will still be different because mousepad+mouse+mouseskates will all change how fast or slow a mouse. Find a sens you like where it's easy to track but it's also easy to 90 degree turns.

Most likely your FOV setting got reset after a patch. High fov creates the illusion of going faster.

No the f12 is only for when you change a setting and need to re enable the autoexec

That's a prestige level badge, meaning he was level 500 before (and many older players spent a loooooong time at that max level 500 while still collecting tokens for playing)

Hello Complys, I keep experiencing micro stuttering that I cannot seem to resolve. When it happens I dont get a FPS drop. I have tried all the optimizations I could find on youtube but nothing works. If it's only in apex, it could be your mouse polling rate. try if it happens on 500hz.

@@M444LLY You can also disable discord overlay if its on, to turn it off navigate to, User settings ( the settings icon near your deafen ), Scroll down to "Game overlay" and turn it off. This usually drops my frames by a lot and turning it off helps me. Hope it helps you too

hello I am here to represent lobby music gang. I know lot of videos shadow suggest lobby music set to 0% but don't be like me and have it off for seasons! like literally just set it to 20-30% if you like hearing music at all. Recent halloween theme was so nice and I can't believe I missed out on past event music themes just like that. However you can just turn them off once they grow on you so far it goes boring, just a heads up for minimal game experience.

Line 147 - mat_picmip "0" Line 304 - mat_picmip "4" ..conflicting configs, so which is it? this happens often in your autoexec. Maybe you were just adding things as you found them without looking? Yes, im aware that those mat_picmip configs are essentially telling the game to do the same thing, but the same name with different values was the easiest way to show the issue. Also, even if "0" and "4" are *essentially* the same, doesnt mean its exactly the same. There is still an issue here

find a different autoexec you're sure will work on you system. apex files will keep execing autoexec commands even if you delete them from the .cfg file unless you uninstall/reinstall the game

You’re a legend brother, it’s been the only thing I needed to tweak since I changed to 1600 dpi

to let ppl that just want to boost there fps up if your monitor is only 60 hz there no reason to be above 70 fps for when u drop a lil. if your over your hz by like 100 theres no point what so ever. other then some other settings that help u see better
