To be honest, I really like tempest except it's reload time is long, I usually put it in the back sides of the falcon, being the front weapon avenger, and it works well, but being in an au Jun? ugh, good luck with the reload time. Tempest works well in diamond and expert league. Also Tempest should get a buff like less reload time. Luv ur videos (note: this is just my opinion)

Manni you are wrong tempest is not the worst weapon in the game noricum and zenit is the worst useless weapons in the game you cant do anything with them and they just dont do dmg you cant even hit anything with them i dont even understand what is the purpose of those weapons like really zenit and noricum need same rework like trident get

That's a damn shame because this is such a cool looking and sounding weapon. Hopefully it will get a buff one day

@@cryolite08 I'd be ok with a price increase if the damage made an incremental improvement. The 2500 gold Storm is Definitely worth it, even after the Nerf. Still a Stoopid strong weapon

Tempest were actually very good and underrated in the old meta. Excellent suppression weapon. But you had to play your distance advantage. Now not so much. If avenger is the heavy punisher, then tempest should be heavy molot with comparable increase on damage. Right ???

It performs weaker than medium weapons do I feel like. Especially due to that reload. So yeah. Needs buffing 😉

Honestly I've been running this setup on my AO Jun and it doesn't do that bad for me, I tend to win alot of champion based games with it😢 but it would be cool if they could hopefully buff it a little bit with the reload time to at least 6seconds and raise the mk2 maxed damage an extra 500 that would make it balanced again especially but I also did an experiment & killed alot of Over powered AO Jun's that run avengers easily with the tempest.

I had ran that setup and would absolutely wreck titan thanks to that delicious 30% damage boost while in bastion mode

Manni: *testing weak weapons* Enemy: Haha now is my time to shine! Manni: *trying to complete 25 godlike in a match challenge* Enemy: *rage quit* (because went they spawn they died instantly, lol)

Two minutes in and I’m already laughing at “go get a drink or something” This is how I like seeing criticism, in its purest form it’s biting sarcasm and the people responsible can’t even get mad or deny what you’re doing lol

This weapon is so OP that a Behemoth with all of the tempest can kill a lvl 1 destrier and then have a 10 sec reload

No way I thought this was a joke. For real not a horrible setup.

The old weapons, Molot, Molot T, Punisher, Punisher T, Avengers, Tempest, they're more or less "Suppression Weapons", they have the highest rate of suppression fire, they're not meant to be deadly. But they're deadly enough to shred physical shields, and keep enemies suppressed with superior range in Molot, Molot T, and Tempest.

@@bloogibloo9901 New players aren't necessarily going to have Phantom or really much see them on the battle field, they're more likely to encounter G.I. Patton, Destrier, Natasha, and etc. That's where these weapons are located in the tier bracket in terms of useage & popularity according to Pixonic's, graph they tried to explain yesterday during the live stream.

Manni-Gaming I need to know the answers to these questions 1) I have an ao jun coming soon, and i need to know what weapons to build for it. 2) I have a phantom at level 7 with rimes and cryos at level 5, i also have a leech at level 6 and 2 level 8 storms and 2 level 6 storms, and with a new ao jun coming, what should I make next. 3) what robots should i be making with components if i’m used to brawling?

Imagine if the Chimera was the best heavy or the zenit for the Ao Jun!!

The first time I saw the Ao Jun in game Idirectly felt in love with it.

I know this is old but they should buff the tempest by making its reload shorter, making its accuracy higher and making its magazine size higher.

Pixonic said during the recent live stream that they don't plan to update or buff these weapons by the way. They said they're more for introduction towards new players to get a feel for the game and that it's in a comfortable spot on the graph board where it's not OP but new players can use them. In other words, they want new players to use them, get flattened eventually to decide to upgrade to a higher tier weapon.

Manni: THIS 10 SECOND RELOAD DUUUUDE Manni again:uses avengers a lot with same reload time* this reload is pretty quick...

Every lvl9 weapon in champion feels like that. 😂

I think if you shoot one tempest down to about 2 seconds of fire time remaining or 1cm of ammo remaining then fire both to finish the magazine and reload while the other tempest fires you could actually fire alternating tempests infinitely, just a thought as thats how I run it on the fenrir with the dual molots

For me, 3 Tempests is a low-end solution to pestering Titans, especially Ao Ming. It is fun.

Manni what do you think about my idea below ⬇⬇⬇ To make this game fair and not ptw WR can make those weapons powerful which are harder to aim and are manually controlled (not auto-locking) Attaching different weapons makes the bot slower as per the weight of the weapons and bot itself. Energy weapons should have a energy indicator so that they can be used efficiently only when they are properly manipulated.

Three MK2 tempest on a falcon with sharpshooter skill is the only setup that allows this weapon to reach maximum effectiveness. Also Calamity with the guidance operator skill halves normal locking on times making a superb weapon even better.

Tempest is like when a 2 year old tries to pins a 30 year old to the ground

I'm perfectly agree with you, it's a shame that those weapons wasn't yet updated, for this fast play style what started with dash bots and pursuer.

Manni, what else would you expect from a weapon that has 800 m range? Do you expect it to one tap enemies? It is relatively balanced to other weapons like cryo, redeemer, scourge. The worst weapon in the game is Orkan, not Tempest.

Μanni, well done for your work. I have the same setup on my Ao Jun. I found out that there is another problem with tempest weapons. Never start firing both weapons at the same time, never. I have to start firing one of them and on the next second the other one. If i do at the same time (most of them) only one is doing damage the other one does not exist. Also the sound is changing.!!! Do you remember thunders with Carnage? Same problem! Keep going!

You: tempest in awful weapon on this powerful robot. Me: crying today, thinking changing so jun for bulwark and equip nucleon and viper. On my fury I gave tempest is main source of DPS.

When your dot ability thats only active for ten seconds every twelve seconds does more dmg than 2 heavy weapons at mk2 level 12

Manni you should've used Sharpshooter, Without Sharpshooter - Accuracy at max range= 34% With Sharpshooter - Accuracy at max range= 34 + 30 = 64% So even if you do 30,000 per second at close range, you'll do around 20,000 per second at max range...

You should try avalanche Ao Jun! It’s not OP, but it’s super fun and does decent damage lol

If they reworked the Tempest, they'd have to rework the Molot and the Molot T. They would probably think that would hurt their profits on the more expensive weapons since you can get Molots for low amounts of silver. So it's unlikely. But hey, they reworked the Trident (although they nerfed it's blast radius so it's hard to hit anything).

My very first setup for ao jun was a tepest ao jun because I didn't had any avengers (5000gold is a lot) so i used tempest ao jun for a month and it was amazing for me

I think the tempest has like 70 rounds per belt (reload) if they upped it to 200 like the avenger it might be useful. In needs at least twice as much ammo, and a bit more damage would help. Opinions?

Pix should make firing time alittle bit longer and increase the damage that would make this weapon insane

Tofsla gave his weird speech on the last dev stream about how important balance is, yet they're going to balance only the shotguns with a nerf. Balance by definition is nerfing the OP equip but buffing the Underpowered equip. Bring thingns to a balance.... Pix is so full of it. Shotguns are so saturated in every hangar, balance to pix is them forcing us to retire weapons we have so we can speand money on something new (most likely the atomizer).

Pixonic should sale larger drum magazines for it that increase capacity and allows it to go into super acceleration.

Vengeance on a budget.

Tempest looks like the turret of a battleship. A *BATTLESHIP* it should have been do one hell of a damage.

They should give it less reload time and more damage 😄👍

Run 4 on a behemoth. That is a legit set up and a bit of a Titan killer.

It is a sniper weapons which can deal lot of damage at range without getting damage with other bots. But yeah pexonic should increase the ammo of tempest weapons

Tempest takes quit small pack of ammo shells and it takes about 60 or 50 ammo on a tempest and it does fire all ammo quit quickly..
