Moms are the best. We should honor our mothers EVERY DAY not just on Mother's Day. Im 32 years old but I am extremely close to my mom and so are my sisters. My wife and I both work as pharmacists and I wanted my children to have a good influence so after my father passed away, my wife suggested I ask my mother to come live with us. Best decision ever from the best wife. Now my kids not only receive the love my sisters and I received as children, they also receive the love and wisdom of my mother. =)

My mother who is actually my aunt she loved me more than her own childrens. She has never made me feel like adopted one. She has done all her best to keep me always happy. @Chewupthenswallow we litterally need meat and dairy to survive, we're built like that. Furthermore, going vegan isn't going to help, we need to change the way livestock is treated around the world; whether it's for meat, eggs or milk doesn't matther. Someone else posted this comment that has some good points: "Veganism.. killing more animals than ever.. first you want to have all our farm animals go extinct.. no one will have them, if they are all cost and no gain. Second, more crops will need to be grown for human consumption, meaning more rodents, deer, rabbits, birds and insects dying per acre grown crop than any pasture ever did. Herbicides, pesticides and machinery are all big killers of animal life. Last, but not least.. humans will starve, as the source for natural fertilizer has been killed off ( farm animals manure), and artificial fertilizer only makes crops grow big, but contains little to no nutrients. Hooray.. what a way to go to save.. oh.. not really anything."

They definitely need to put in much stricter regulations for how soon farmers are allowed to separate mother and baby, this is just heartbreaking. A mother cow should be allowed to be with her baby until the calf is old enough to be independent.

Niobesnuppa the bad thing is that they have to separate them so the calf isn't drinking all the milk but they have to get calfs in order to give milk, so normally the babies are taken away on the first day. The females grow up to be dairy cows as well while the males are often killed because they can't produce milk :(

@Rebbi LiebtKekse Actually, that's a misconception. Back in the old days they often let the cow raise her baby, and there was still plenty of milk to go around. The calf doesn't drink as much milk as the cow produces, plus they have to feed the calf milk anyway, so they're not really gaining anything by separating it from the mother.

Animal Mother’s better than some human mothers!! To see that cow knowing her other babies and all dairy cows babies get taken away is heartbreaking.. so glad she is safe now❤️

The dairy cow one was amazing. Its heart breaking that the momma cow was terrified of her new baby being taken away, like all her other babies were. It's amazing that she went to far to protect her child, even hiding her.

How could they have forgotten hens? Hens are one of the best mothers. They fight any animal to protect their chicks and hens even raise ducks and quails etc.

I absolutely loved these stories! Especially the ones about the elephants. And the baby otter and his mother were adorable. I felt so bad that the cow just wanted to take care of her baby, and she got to in the end. The swan babies were really funny. I loved the dog that kept bringing over her puppies. And that mother bear getting her baby out of traffic. I really enjoyed this video! I think I missed a few. I just can't stop smiling. This really makes my evening! I know I am late to this but this video was posted the day after my birthday when I was turning 16, but. My mom is the best because she provides everything for me and gives me a roof over my head and she loves and cares for me so much and buys me so many things that I don't ever ask for and I make sure to say thank you to her every single day. She is the best mom I could have ever asked for

the zoo does amazing things to help animals, especially endangered animals. most of the animals they take in today are rescues or were bred from other zoo animals. don't hate on zoos if you claim to love animals and want to help them.

Kawaii_ Marshmallow don't feel guilty :( because the animals have nothing to worry about in the zoo even though they were ripped from families they have a new future they make friends and have good food don't worry :) They are happy. And zoos did not come for your entertainment only they take in animals that were abandoned or rescued.

gddmn But sometimes they just get random animals which don't need to be in zoos - in cages only so that people get a look a them . I feel so bad for them because they don't need to be in zoos :(

gddmn Zoos are doing a lot of stuff for their good image. But breeding programs can be done much better without zoos, without thousands of people peeping. Minimal human interaction is key if they want to release them into the wild. Everything that is claimed to be great about zoos can be done even better without zoos. At the end of the day it's a place that keeps animals imprisoned for the entertainment of people. It's a business. In my opinion, animals are served better if you avoid animal agriculture - which is the driving force for destruction of wild habitats. This helps the livestock (no demand, no supply), the wildlife, and humans aswell.

Not all zoos are bad, some are even making sure that animals are healthy and in good shape.

This is why I'm an animal lover, animals seem to be better than us humans. We're cruel to animals and to each other which breaks my heart. I wish I had a mom but I don't and I don't know her well because she died when I was 9 months old but I had family that acted like mothers to me which I'm thankful for
