Shevchenko is a close friend of our owner, at Champions league final in Porto against City he was there with Roman, so his move to Chelsea was more to get close to Roman Abhramovich

Ozil cannot be considered their worst signing . They did not pay a huge fee and high wages until 2018. Pepe is the worst signing and its not even a debate.

I know bro. Ozil was one of the biggest talents to emerge out of German football. Everything went downhill for him since the 2018 world cup following racist remarks from Germany for having Turkish ancestry after displaying dismal performances in the world cup. While Lampard was incredible, I would say Hazard, as Chelsea's attack improved with him. Yes Juan Mata was already a good winger, but Torres was a flop, and Drogba was aging. Hazard not only improved creativity, but firepower in the squad, and was versatile across the attack

For Arsenal, I believe the worst signing is David Luiz or Granit Xhaka and for Barcelona, what about Alex Vidal, Thomas Varmaelen and Arda Turan..We never get to know when they came and when they left

Kaká is an AC Milan legend, but not a Real Madrid legend. As for Özil like you've said he wasn't amazing for Arsenal, not enough to be a legend like Bergkamp, Henry and Vieira.
