A lot of things are wrong with this video, and I would recommend watching a different content creator. Especially, telling your audience to enable Enhanced Sync for Fortnite is beyond ignorant, as it literally gives the player even more input delay.

with a 6000 series card absolutely! I'm not sure if its different for your 7900xtx but performance mode for fortnite is horribly stuttery on performance mode with my 6900xt but extremely smooth and better fps on dx12

Speaking from experience, these videos usually destroy your pc bc you putting heavy overload on your stuff this will make your fps worse than what it was and i recommend. getting your pc tweaked by a professional to avoid these problems i did the same thing too my gtx 1070 and i7 6700k AND my pc would not turn back on never again i don't recommend trying any type of fps packs or amd tweaks or Nvidia tweaks (there's only one thing you can do too get better fps that is too upgrade).. ty

U needa run the game on dx12 low settings it’s 10x better for amd cards I have a 6600 too and I get double the amount of frames in dx12 than performance mode

Did you install the full drivers? If you installed the full drivers it should be there but anything else like minimal drivers and you don't get the record and stream tab

your comment is useless, it helps people to optimize their pc's. as @xenokhaos said its just for those two so its not worth it considering that a amd gpu can do raytracing. i wouldn't pay 100-200 dollars for just those two.(i have an asus rx 6700xt that i got for 200 dollars new but i switched from a 3070 that i paid 300 so amd is way better in terms of price to performance)

unless you need a 4090/4090ti amd wins in every scenario especialy with fsr. DLSS cannot achieve what FSR can do, aand its available for nvidia too and im not even mentioning the price to performance ratio, so you can throw away this power eating monster of a gpu u got and buy yourself a amd machine and use smart acces memory wich will get you miles ahead of nvidia my guy
