I have rheumatoid arthritis and have a really hard time opening jars. I’ve been using a small hand sized piece of those mats that go in your utensil draw or used as a cabinet shelf liner with the little bumps on it to aid in opening stuff n it works like a charm! Gives grip just like a rubber glove does n you only need a hand sized piece of it n you can use the rest for your kitchen or even put it under stuff so it doesn’t slide like pictures you might have leaning up against the wall perhaps. 😊

I have RA and Lupus and unfortunately my shoulder joints have been destroyed by the diseases so I'm bone on bone in the joints. I also have young kids who love cereal with milk.
