On today's episode I start moving. I haul my 1969 Dodge Dart Racecar and My 1977 Dodge Ramcharger Rock Crawler. I test out Amazon's Best Aluminum Ramps. Will they hold up to the Deathcharger's Weight? Can I get the Taco Express off the Trailer?

I would have put a block or something under the trailer jack. Then jack it up , while it's still hooked to the truck , this will lessen the angle of the ramps in the rear. I have done this for many a low car.

One guy I would see at the strip , would drive his tow truck rear wheels up on a couple of ramps (the kind you would use for oil changes ) to lessen the angle of the ramps at the rear of the trailer. Never thought of that.

You could also use a couple blocks under the front tires to get the front end up to add a little clearance. The ramps look nice, as well.

Moving is always so much fun. Be careful it looks like those cows have a beef with you. I just came through from Shreveport and went back west across Amarillo into new Mexico on my way to Idaho. I just ordered new tie rods ends for my wife's 78/86 D150 . 78 frame and running gear with a 86 body put on it . Plus getting a new carb for my 76 Ramcharger. So when I get home I'll be busy working on my semi first then the hers and mine last. We have already been been snow in western Montana now so maybe I will get to have a little fun? Nice work, thanks for the motivation.

Put the steel ramps on first and then the aluminum ramps on about half way down the steel ones.

You absolutely need some all terrains on the Dart. We race on the ice up here with cars like that. The Taco Express would fit right in Eric!

30 degrees already? Brace for a polar vortex in 6 weeks. Maybe some 2X10s under your ramps, crank up the torsion bars a tad. Both vehicles sounded great. Where the hell was Remy?
