Finally , I can ask my friend to read this to get the chronological order of the events at the start of Aincrad cause he always gets confused about it , Reading Volume 1 of this and then continuing with Progressive should be fine , And Also , I am very happy to get a pictorial adaptation in manga form of The First Day short story , So , I'll read that atleast
I wish the second volume would come. I kept hearing about it on Anime News Network.

They will come, Yen Press has already mostly caught up with the entire series, so catch up is happening much faster.

the mangas are fun but I prefer collecting the LN though the manga does have amazing art
