Some of these look amazing but how much do they cost? Some AI video generators have a free 'entry level' but then you have to 'upgrade' to get better features and tools. I have a one off project I'd like to do whilst I'm off work with a broken leg and so a free or reasonably cheap set up would be great for me.

All the AIs mentioned in the tutorial provide you with a generous amount of free credits when you sign up. Some of them even recharge these credits for free once they run out. This means that your basic needs can be easily met with these free credits, especially for a one-off project like yours. Yes, you can use ChatGPT or even Claude or even Bard to write your story and get feedback on it, and even get prompts for visual ideas. Then use those prompts to create images using an app like Leonardo. After that, you can even turn those images into a video using Runway AI. Stay tuned as we plan to create a tutorial soon showing how to do this whole process from story writing to generating images and videos. I hope this helps give you an idea of how to tell your scary story and get some generated visuals to go along with it. Let me know if you have any other questions!

I'd recommend checking out the AI tools I discussed in the tutorial yourself. You can try Pika, Runway, Mannovalley, Haiper etc. But none of the AIs are actually able to generate a 5-8 minute video - they'll all make videos between 4-6 seconds. Some though, like Runway, have a feature called Extend Frame that allows you to take the last frame of a generated video and extend it into a new video to continue the scene. Overall, the best approach is to generate lots of short clips from different angles/perspectives and cut them together into a timeline to create a longer final video and tell your story that way.

I didn't understand your intention behind "18+ animation"! In general, all the AIs available in this tutorial strictly adhere to policies regarding adult content, and they will not permit the creation of such content. If your intention involves adult content +18, you will undoubtedly encounter restrictions imposed by KZread and its policies as well.

In all AIs, you have the option to download the generated videos. I've demonstrated this in all the tutorials. It's best to watch the channel's tutorials carefully.

Yes, some of these AI systems are completely free to use while in beta testing. Others offer a freemium model, where you get a reasonable amount of free credits even with a free account to create videos.

I've introduced many different AI's, some that are completely free and others that are freemium. The freemium ones provide a significant amount of free initial credit for you to use, test and review their features after creating a user account, without any additional upfront costs. This allows users to explore the AI's capabilities before committing to an upgraded plan.

Each AI has its pros and cons. It's best to test drive them to find the right fit for you. I've mentioned quite a few good ones currently like Pika, Runway, Moonvalley and Plaiday, Lensgo, and more. Give some a try to see what works best for your needs.
