If you can’t get it to start, use the switch method to start the small one with the Shualker boxes and then use the 23 by 23. And use the S box for the water for the dispenser. It’s slower but still works

Can you make a working shop with redstone, for example let's say i sell saddles they will put 32 emeralds and then the saddle will go in their inventory or in a chest or something, love the video keep it up ❤💫

If your having trouble with the portal lighting up mess around with the lava and trapdoors I only pour 1 thing of lava and add 2 more trapdoors that it started working really well

Dig a hole 2 blocks deep by one of the pistons and stand in it. You'll get all the xp and won't get hit. Make sure your inventory is full so though, so you don't pick up the trident.

thank you for this, if anyone builds this just for the gold and exp, I recommend you make a simple chest sorter and have everything lead to a dropper with a redstone repeater on top of it that drops everything into a lava pit, and have 2 chests for gold ingots and gold nuggets

I did 4 of this farm next to each other that all lead to the same kill chamber , and it gives a ton of exp , also if you play on normal turn it to hard so more mobs can spawn from the portals and also hit 1 of them so the others try to chase you from nether which actually boosts this farm's speeds

How far would you build the second portal from it

if you’re having trouble with lighting the portal, try using doors instead of trapdoors. also make sure your portal faces north>south and not east>west

@@Sinister-zd7ub it has a high chance of messing up, and it will be harder to build, you can enter it but you probably shouldn’t, just to be safe, i built it and it has 0 problems, i never entered that portal, i use a different portal

Great farm however I recommend some modifications to the kill chamber because some xp gets stuck in the hoppers and it struggles to kill the baby piglins sometimes :)

This farm has one problem when the piglins spawn from the portal they can jump to get in the portal and in bedrock edition you can only have 1 nether spawn so they can stack piglins in the nether and when you go to the nether they kill you so make the water line one layer down so they cant jump to the portal/ i almost died in my hardcore world with this problem

You can get more nether spawn in Bedrock to , you just Need to know the Right coordinate for the Right Portal

right as i was about to light the portal to see which side the piglin spawns. It starts raining

What’s the best way to get the xp? Mine just gets stuck on hoppers

I was following this guide but as soon as the water bucket does in the dispenser it turns out my nether portal and it doesn’t go back on until I take the water bucket out like I can see the water stopping and starting but as soon as it starts the first time the portal goes out and doesn’t come back on also the lava doesn’t start the portal ? Is it patched or am I doing something wrong ?

Tried for hours today. 400-500 blocks apart, in different directions, never worked on realms bedrock in any variation. Shrug The only way to turn off was to break the obsidian. Water and blocks did nothing, changing difficulty did nothing. Shrug, maybe new trials update screwed it up. Blah

This would be more efficient if you added water and an impaling trident no?

Yes, it would. I would also recommend using an updated trident killer without the redstone torches. It is a quieter design.

One of the greatest farm i made

VERY IMPORTANT: for those who think about building multiple portals and connecting them; yes it works and yes you’ll get more exp but please don’t build more then 3 otherwise your game will crash. Mine crashed after 12 minutes and now I’m trying to save my world with 2 spf (seconds per frame). Also it might be an option to build the killing chamber about 20 blocks deep so the piglings fall about 20 blocks because then they’re one hit

1. You always need to have 3 copies of your world. Every big build I do I save and quit then copy twice delete the old as long as I have 3 new copies. 2. If you afk any farm most of the time what causes corruption for me anyways is when your loot bin gets full and the drops end up staying in the kill chamber. The game doesn't like too many drops. I always recommend expanding the storage by at least 10 double chests. But for this farm and any farm that has loot that can't be stacked like swords armor or something similar I tend to do 20+ double chests.

Depends, if the server is natively java then no but if its natively bedrock then yes it can work Most probably your server is Java, so this wont work

Built it too close to my other nether portal, they share a portal exit in the nether. Went to visit the nether after a night of farming exp and spawned into a huge mass of piglins and even some overworld mobs that had snuck in. Killed instantly (with gold on) Make sure to place it far enough away that it has its own portal exit on the nether side xD I had to hunt a piglin like a needle in a haystack to find the whole who stole my diamond sword

Cant just break the portal with the flint and steel in survival. You gotta break a block to turn off portal so determining where the piglins come out using that method in survival is completely useles

It’s an AFK build so that’s why it’s using trident. You can use ur sword but that defeats the purpose of AFK

I have a problem with pigmen spawning faster than they can be killed. I went into a test world to test if more tridents would work and it doesn't seem to. What can I do? EDIT: I dropped the AFK room down to 18 blocks from the opening. The fall damage seems to take care of overcrowding. I still have an issue with items needing to be sorted. Can anyone refer be to a video to resolve this?

Make sure your main portal is properly linked so no other portal links to it on the nether. Once properly linked you can build this portal or any other portal safely 16 blocks away minimum, but never enter this gold farm portal. Portals in the nether generates only when you enter them the first time.

If you are going to build this farm then you must place 2-3 dobble chest and connect shorting system and further connect furnace so that gold swords can smelt automatically and swords meat and gold nugget get separated IF IT IS HELPFUL PLEASE 👇😊
