I am using 'Camlink CL-AC11' and used an 'Amigo AC-11 HD', both with basic EIS. Both shoot 720P videos and and have a 12MP camera for still images. They do not match the costlier ones but they give a decent video and decent images. Both cost me about 2000/- each, inclusive a 32 GB memory card. The third one I used was a 'Swiss Military CAM1 Wanderer' without EIS and bad blurry 480P videos and bad images at 12MP. All the 3 can be used as webcams too. I had a problem with the charging port in Amigo and it was repaired by the local mobile phone repair centre. All the 3 cameras i have mentioned have the same build, and hence basic repairs can be done. Hence for beginners I would advice these and once you get the hang buy the best one.

To capture food videos mobile phones are always better as they don't have wide angle lenses like action cameras, but for vlogging you should buy an action camera. And yes hiniso would be a good choice.

No, those are wide-angle cameras, dont actually capture details which you may require for skincare videos. You should either use a mobile phone with great lighting or go for a compact mirrorless camera like sony alpha.
