I think you should focus on the display as well and the color accuracy. Oled display will be preferred here. Also you need to elaborate that there are softwares that utilize CUDA cores of Nvidia, so it’s also something to consider

Hi, I hope some experts will answer my question. I bought the Asus TUF 16" (amd ryzen 7 7735HS - amd radeon rx 7600s). I don't know much about the CPU-GPU things but from the videos I've watched the pc I bought performs well (but for games) because when I search on google it's advised to buy Nvidia GPUs rather than Amd. My question is: do I need to replace my PC with an Nvidia or is my GPU powerful enough? (I'm an architecture student and will soon be starting internships in offices, so I'd like to have something powerful enough).

@@Moyoesoftware I ended up buying MSi Cyborg 15 A12V i7 4060rtx because that's the best option available in the physical store near me. Been using it for sketchup & learning blender, those works fine but kinda stucked while using Photoshop once, idk what that's about. But other than that it works fine Edit: I previously miswrote 3060rtx instead of 4060rtx

No mention of the rog strix g15 advantage edition with the 6800M for 1100$ for solidworks sadge

ABOUT MACBOOKS &IPADS Please don’t bother with a Mac as much as they have these softwares to run it in medium- large renderings is impossible and the sketch up has bugs from 2013 that are still not fixed I would recommend and iPad Pro for sketch up it’s very compatible there are no bugs but obviously can’t render anything huge but auto cad on iPad isn’t great but there are loads of different really cool architectural apps to use

If you are going to use it for 3d modelling and rendering i would recommend the Razer if you are going to be using it for solidworks go for the g14

16 GB is recommended, I think (strongly) that ram can be upgraded. U can buy 16 GB variant and then can upgrade ram as per your needand budget

16GB RAM would be pretty horrible too 🙂 Two mem slots would be a requirement for me...

@@turbo-car_jdm If you know how to drive liquid metal correctly you shouldn't have any problems, there are lots of examples of this on KZread. When we come to the thermal pad thing, the cpu and gpu are thermal grizly can use the brand's paste, it will extend both the vrams and the cpu, gpu.

i bought i5 9th gen 3 years ago with gtx 1650ti and I'm regretting, cuz my laptop lags like crazy and when it comes to softwares like d5 i cant even install it. and lumion i cant rum cuz something as simple as loading a sketchup model takes me about 15 to 20mins.

Id go for AMD models. Not cause I'm fan boy. But cause AMD runs cooler than intel. Plus if I'm not mistaken. They do have a 780 mobile GPU which is about 1650/60 desktop GPU which is pretty cool. AMD R7 MODEL would be nice. Unless you want intel for own matter of taste, then go for it.

​@@tsizzlein the picture. I'm not sure which one goes for victus but oicn up the processorband GPU that fits the price. Could be even sus TUF laptops. But they do have a issue with WIFI cards. That could be replaced with 20usd WiFi cards made by intel and you'd be fine. Supports yo to 64 GB of ram.

At the moment I don’t think it’s possible to find a laptop that is gonna run 3d modelling as well as the ones in this video, and be touchscreen at the same time.

Is 67% sRGB ok ?

this might be a dumb question, but currently interning at an architecture firm and they gave me a Lenovo laptop, i think its an extra Ideapad 3 and not really a designated working laptop they would use, but my point being it cannot run revit or autocad full versions but rather the LT versions. So my main concern is that these laptops do run the full versions as I'll need them for school. Again maybe a dumb question and my given laptop is just not meant for those full versions but wanted to confirm before i trade in my mac for something on this list, otherwise great video!

A month ago I had that ProArt Studiobook 16 OLED laptop, and yesterday when I turned off the window, I had to turn it off and update yes or yes. then the screen appears in black with the asus brand and below a loading bar, it says "flash update progress". The bar only advances and I already have many hours and it never charges. Excuse me, it has more range? Do you know who I can turn to for a quick solution? Since asus support does not answer my email, because it is the weekend.
