I have recently purchased blow hot companies 4 burner Inbuilt hob stove.. the flame of the burner are very low..and the members of the family are 7 member so the hob is not suitable for us.. because of slow cooking..do please help me what should I do now.. just purchased few days back on Dashera..

Poor product read my comment pls I bought this ibell product before 1½ year ago .. First it was good later i faced lot of issues: 1. Low flame - intensity of the flame was so low and it take long time to cook even after I clean, it remained the same. 2. Rusting issue - after 1 year I found my stove getting rust and the paint came out. So the stove don't have the same look even after some months. 3. Air flow - I have open kitchen and if any little air comes in, the flame goes inside ( inside gas outlet area) and burn which is a big concern. 4. Poor Customer care - very very lazy customer care. My burner was out of shape and I want to buy a new one but i couldn't buy in my near by shop. I called customer care and they said to wait and I was waiting for 2 weeks but no response and if I call again they cut my call.. I feel soo bad for buying this waste product not worth for 10k pls don't buy this product

I don't recommend any of the ibell hobs. Although they may be good. Their aftersales is worst and ignorant. I'm using this for about 1.5years. The burners got weaker and gap is created under burner seating. The brand warranty process is tedious. 5year warranty is just a marketing gimmick. I remember i have registered for warranty on their website but they never shared any warranty document. When I bought the product their local dealership ask to rate the product 5 star in amazon. They assured they processed the warranty and will share the document once they received. But they are still sending it. I even asked to provide new burners at a cost because their warranty is a shit. The brand contact no. never responded . Their dealership who asked me 5 star rating told that they were out of stock and they ll notify me when available. I later enquired after a month for burners. Their attitude was like hey who are you I don't remember. Now the hob remain useless just like their customer care
