Unfortunately most of us have to deal with it. Some more, some less - I personally had a time (around 2 years ago) were I suffered from severe anxiety and panic attacks. It's one of the worst feelings to have. But I personally think our brain is trying to send us a message - that something may be going wrong in our lives. I am not a doctor, but after changing my lifestyle and learning to embrace the anxiety rather than pushing it away, it became a part of me and me a part of the anxiety. After that, it nearly dissapeared entirely. It was an honour to work with talented Tech Thieves on this!! We also have a second collab which is coming in September but psst.. @@kittyshiv kinda, i mean i like to listen to music or draw to make myself feel better, but when that fails i hug whoever's closest to me, or I'll hug a stuffed animal. What about you?

@@Sleepy_Yazzy meds.. being at the right dose made a HUGE difference.. but yeah I practice guided meditation, listen to music a LOT, probably more than I should haha but whatever works eh ;) I wish I had someone to hug..

I have Social Anxiety, I also get anxiety over loud noises like in school in the gym when they play music really loud or at “Assembly’s” I start to get anxiety.

I had pretty bad anxiety but i think in 2021 i m getting better....

I LUV ITTTTT!!!!! MY NEW FAVORITE SONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also yes anxiety and panic attacks are the worst! I am so glad that people have taken that and used it to make them stronger than ever!

I don't get anxiety often. But when I do, I get frozen (I sometimes lose balance when I get anxiety) until I fully manage to get my conciousness back. This sounds alot like when I lose my conciousness by anxiety

I have social anxiety. Everytime I think its going to fade it come back but worse than before. What i really hate is that my sister keeps on making fun of me because of it. Really I start to talk about it and she makes fun of it. One time we talked about our types and then about that my anxiety is the reason why i am still alone(im fifteen, i wouldn't even care about a partner, but she keeps on telling that i should get one) and then i said i only want someone that is understanding and then she was like "so a Psychopath like you someone With a mental disorder?" i was like what is wrong with you and then she keep on being ruder so I started to stutter and get nervous and then she also maked fun of that. Sometimes i really dont know ehat going on in her head, she keeps on making fun of me and tries to make me change, to something that not myself at all.

I suffered from anxiety i felt ussless...but this helps alot thanks beso! ❤❤
