Jake was sloppy and tired by round 3, yes he clipped Woodley who is 190 at the heaviest. He doesn’t eat that shot... the shot he took that dropped him in the Morrison fight was either the jab before the uppercut or a an uppercut that barely grazed his chin and he was going down before eating a clean shot to the head on his way to the ground.... nobody’s ways that shot. If he’s hit one like that clean on Rahim it’s lights out. Woolley weighed in the same weight as Jake at 195... he was shorter and had less reach but he was a UFC champion and trained hard for those fights... he looked decent in both fights for doing actual boxing... Rahim has knocked out nothing but bum tomorrow cans and the first non him fight he took against Morrison he got dropped. After standing up I thought it was an early stoppage but he didn’t look good...was not protecting himself at all and eating shots that he shouldn’t have the whole fight... Jake will lay him out with those same openings... Tyron protected himself like a boxer most the fight better than Rahim does... and Jake set that ahoy up with the body shots and one misstep by Woodley and he got dropped in the blink of an eye. Rahim fights anything like the McKenzie fight he’s gonna be a highlight reel. Hate Jake all you want the kid has devoted his life to the sport and training and has power and good technique. Hasim even with the clause should be able to rehydrate and be 20 pounds heavier than Jake on fight night. But he doesn’t have that work ethic and he’s making excuses already.

@@waynebollentin989 Morrison definitely does not hit with the same impact that Jake does, his technique and stance we’re not as strong as the way Jake throws his punches but he a legit heavyweight that certainly hits harder than any opponent Jake has faced... but Rahim was not throwing great punches and is not Morrison. Hasim went down off basically a jab, grazed by the uppercut and than hit on the way down. And yes Hasim has the reach but if he fights wi his guard down like last time and moves as slow as he did Jake won’t have any problem lighting him up... Jake wouldn’t offer a fight to anyone he didn’t believe he was a better boxer than. If Hasim fights a defensive fight he might go the distance using his reach to keep Jake at bay... but this Hasim displays an attitude that his work ethic is lazy and it’s obvious Jake is living rent free in his head when he’s just selling the fight. Jake’s training is that of a mad man. I’ll say this I’ve seen enough fights to know that anyone can clipped and everyone can knocked out... but I believe Jake is a better boxer than Hasim. And I don’t think Jake will have a problem with him. I like fights, I’m not a Jake fan or not Jake fan, but I recognize that he’s selling his fights to his haters and has dedicated his life to boxing, even Hasim dad called him out for not putting his all into it and getting an ego for knocking tomato cans that were easier fights than legitimate champion level MMA fighters. T-wood hurt Jake. What do you think is going to happen when he gets hit by a legit heavyweight ? How does Morris have no power with 18 of his wins coming by KO? The excuses will be he fought a heavyweight when he loses but sorry with a stipulations he’s boxing a heavyweight at cruiserweight, so they can take that bs somewhere else. Jake isn’t going to have that reach he’s always relied on. He’s not remotely an inside boxer. Jake and others are going to learn there’s a difference between guys with minimum striking ability and legit boxers. He should have stayed in his lane and kept making that money. Many will stop watching after his first loss, that’s just the facts of the situation.

Boxers weigh in the day before the fight, it's not uncommon for some fighters to gain 10-30 lbs before they step in the ring on fight night. An example of a rehydration clause would be if they agreed to weigh in at 190 but Rahman wasn't allowed to weigh more than 200 on fight night.

The thing is, Jake put in all that bs and those sneaky clauses and pretty much told Rahman it's take it or leave it. That corners Rahman because if he declines, Jake can prance around saying a heavyweight boxer is "scared" of him. If he accepts, which he obviously did, Jake would have a pretty notable advantage all while telling the public he's fighting a legitimate heavyweight. Either way, he gains credibility.
