Normal and peaceful, just as long as you overlook the swastika in the background (0:30), the Goebbels newspaper ("the attack") on the right (0:47).

Yep and seven years later, the same street filled with Soviet proganada posters and papers although very few people around and lots of ruined cars and military vehicles, also ruined buildings.

Meine Oma war da 19 jahre und könnte Durchaus auf den Aufnahmen zu sehen sein.
0:20 Einfach verrückt, dass der Autofahrer hier durch die Fußgänger prescht und das kaum ohne zu verlangsamen.
Konkret zwischen 17. August und 10. November 1937 - wahrscheinlich zwischen 17. August und Anfang September 1937.

No, there is a sign. If you really look carefully at 0:30, you will see a swastika
