Bergner Hitech Prism Non-Stick Stainless Steel Dosa Tawa - The inner body is made of 18/10 stainless steel with Quan Tanium Non-stick coating to facilitate minimum oil healthy cooking and also assures to be non rustic. ii) The middle part/second layer consists of edge to edge aluminium sheet for even heat distribution. iii) The Outer layer is made of 18/0 stainless steel for induction compatibility.
The construction enjoys the benefit of Triply and non stick coating. It comes with Highest grade of non-stick coating by Whit ford - Quan Tanium, which is one of the most durable coating with Titanium Particles.
The honey comb pattern with raised structure makes the non-stick layer intact for longer period. It has extreme scratch resistance hence it is safe to use with metal spoons.
The Cast handles are durable and they Stay Cool offering greater safety and convenience.
The 360° Induction base allows greater contact with the heat source and a much faster cooking time, it Saves 30% Energy.

For best results please cook on low-medium flame so that food doesn’t stick or burn.
Hi-Tech Prism offers the advantages of a stainless steel pan and a non-stick coating in one, an aluminium core, 18/10 stainless steel interior and resistant steel exterior.

Made normal dhosa first one got stuck to the tava and the rest turns out good.Also made rava dhosa all got stuck to the tava, not meant for making rava dhosa

धोने से आधे घन्टे पहले तवे को पानी मे भीगा दे किनारे भी साफ हो जाते हैं। डोसा बनाते वक्त मैं तवे पर डोसा डालने के बाद फ्लेम को हाई रखती हूं ।डालते वक्त धीमी आँच रखती हूं।

नहीं तो, आप इसे आधे एक घंटे के लिए पानी मे भीगा कर छोड़ दे बाद में स्कॉच ब्राइट से या फिर किसी भी हरे वाले स्क्रबर से रगड़ दे तुरन्त साफ हो जाता है ।
Bina tar k ye saph nahi hota. Or tawa black ho jata he.
