찾아는 보셨는지... 군대도 다녀오고 낙준으로 활동명 바꿔서 음반도 냈다가 다시 버나드박으로 활동명 바꿔서 활동합니다..

어쨌든, 정말 너무 장하다. 버나드가 부모님 걱정했던 인터뷰가 생각난다. 한국어가 많이 힘들었을텐데, 끝까지 노력했던 결과는 당연한 일. 나는 버나드가 우승자가 될때까지 어느 드라마를 보는것 같았다. 지금 열심히 활동하고 있는 버나드에게 "화이팅"을 전하고 싶다.

버나드, 축하해요. 연예인이 되지 말고, 사람들의 마음을 어루 만져주는 가수가 되기를 바래요! 버나드의 노래를 들으면서, 많이 행복했어요. 좋은 노래로 만나요! 기다리고 있을께요~^^*

Even if i were Bernard, i'd choose JYP too. Because i like the way JYP does his things. Maybe to other people, his management is suck and so whatever, but to me, he's the most amazing singer and CEO. He became popular through his extremely hardwork. If you know the stories of his life, you'll understand what i'm saying. Anyway, Bernard congratulations and goodluck on your career as a singer! JYP, take a good care of him ^^

아 버나드가 안테나로 갔어야됬는데 jyp 하고 yg는 거의 신나는 노래만 만들어서 발라드 쪽으로 갈꺼면 안테나가 딱인데

Bernard & JYP's love is mutual from the very beginning of the show. He picked JYP's box before going to his 1st audition & JYP fell for him so hard right after that audition. I'll be really surprised if he betrayed their love at the end. xD

Angie La OMG. Forgot about Akdong-JYP. lol. But I bet YG gave Akdong better offers & as you can see now, he let them create a full album freely all by themselves & I really doubt JYP, being a composer with his own style, will not interfere with Akdong album making. And I just rewatch the whole 2nd season last week & I realized, JYP was the only judge who tend to criticize Akdong while YG really love & always smile when he listened to Akdong from the start, even when their style is sooo different from YG. And with Bernard, JYP always loves him as who he is from the start & he never feel like changing/criticizing Bernard except for his gayo singing- which is understandable. :)

개인적으로 이 오디션을 끊게 만든 시즌... K팝을 알린다고 만들었는데, 한국말도 못해서 패자 부활전까지 간 애들 다시 불러서 팝송으로 우승..

Congratulation for Bernard!!!!! even though I was a little sad b/c I was support for Sam Kim at a begin of the show until now. But both Bernard and Sam Kim did their very best to reach to this point. Now I happy that Bernard chose JYP, if Sam Kim also join YG or at least debut soon in future I'm 100% happy. Hope to see Sam Kim soon in future with a bigger smile.

My very first and only one JYP bias. Bernard stay solo! Congratulations!!!

Im very happy he won. He is a good man i think. his voice is so warm and charm. Hope he will succeed in the future. Benard Park 오빠 화이팅...♡

I personally am a JYP stan I am happy that Bernard went to JYP, not because I am a JYP nation fan, but because his singing style and personality fits in with them. JYP is known for having more vocal performing artists than dancing etc. And he sounds really nice with the jyp technique of half breath half voice or whatever it is called XD And honestly speaking I was voting for Sam, because I love his charisma and they way he shows his personality while he performs.. it makes you more interested in the performance. I can almost bet that YG will scoop Sam up... he has YG Family written all over him. The carisma, Talent, personality, and love of yg fam..... he would fit in so well. Also Season 1 Jimin won and went to JYP... and YG took in Leehi, because she fit YG's style. Season 2 Akdong Musician Won (And Honestly I thought they would go to JYP also, but they are a group that can fit in any where... them and their cuteness) and went to YG, but YG also took in Yedam because, again, he fit yg family's style so well. So I look forward to hearing news on Sam joining YG and Bernard Debuting in JYP. All Three Companies and Two Boys FIGHTING!

I should have specified myself Most artists in JYP are trained for a lot in singing specifically... though 2PM is a more Up beat and Dance group they have good and stable vocals like Junho, Wooyoung, and Junsu... Even Changsung and Khun are amazing vocally. I was mostly comparing JYP to YG or SM... for example Sm is very focused on looks and dancing... like a lot of times they have the artist lip-sync so that there is more emphasis on the dance. And as for YG I should have added uniqueness as well onto the dancing. Though YG artists do not dance as in depth Choreo as that of SM they do still dance, but their unique style of singing and performing would not really fit his singing type. As for Antenna... They are a new company and I feel like it will be hard to gain popularity through a newer company. Hope I did not hurt anyone's feelings, Just expressing my opinions And BTW I am a HUGE Fan of SM and YG artists as well... So I am judging just by what I see not by being biased.

Oh i see your point, yeah, even if i don't specially agree... i think JYP groups are more focused on dance than SM groups, SM groups are generally a mix of lead vocal lead dancers lead entertainers ^^ and even the lead dancers can be lead vocal (cf Shinee) As for 2PM members, i really like them but to my personnal tastes i don't find chansung's voice pretty, and nikhun is pretty limited... in my opinion... furthermore, except JunK, junho and wooyoung have pretty good voices, but not powerful... for a "vocal" group it's not the best I think. About Miss A and 2AM here I think we can speak about lead vocals. As for YG he has a various kind of style, and Lee Hi and Gummi are renowned vocals under this compagny... So to me JYP is not the more vocal compagny out of all... nor less either by the way

temp0rary89 I can agree with you also :) All comapnies have some amazing Vocals... Out of SM I am in love with Kyungsoo, Baekhyun, Jongdae, Ryeowook, Jessica, Onew, and Jong's Vocals. And in YG AKMU, Leehi, Daesung, Taeyang, Bom, Minzy... They all have really good vocals. I really should have spent more time focusing on Bernard's personality rather than singing ability. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Wither way I think he will do well in whatever company he is placed in.

Even though JYP has a bad record of promoting his solo artists, I think this match was well made. I don't see him belonging at either YG or Antenna. Also it seems like Bernard valued JYP's opinions/critiques over the other two.

That's true, but it's also telling that Rain left him to make this own nest. I have a feeling that Rain didn't tell the entire story. JYP have let go a lot of solo artists that became successful elsewhere, Jay Park, Sunmi, HyunA, Hyorin to name a few. I think he's more successful at producing and writing songs for groups nowadays.

madrisa4 Actually, Rain started J. Tune, but later on sold most of the shares to JYP out of mutual agreement. Rain wanted to soley focus on his solo activities before his enlistment, and this way, the company will be looked after while he's in the army.

I have no idea why I can see Jimin and Bernard dating in the future. Lol.

even if i really liked what antenna artists and bernard park collaboration at ep 20 gave and i think that maybe, maybe because i don't really know Hee Yeol in managing pop artists, but maybe it would have been a good choice for him to pick antenna, BUT without JYP he wouldn't even have passed 2nd round, JYP told him to sing end of the road... and just because of that it's just normal to pick JYP, just wish he will not put him in a group or duet or whatever... (except if it's EQ ^^) BUT I think this new rule is UNFAIR for Bernard because he has to chose the agency without even knowing about the terms of the contracts, about how much each company might have been able to propose him etc... yeah... well... it's the game I guess...

I guess it's because of last season, when Akdong Musician took a good while to choose. So this year, they enforce the rule that they have to choose immediately after.

YG looked relieved, I think it was clear that YG is looking for females rather than more males. The past few seasons, it's been clear he's scouting and it explains Jang Hanna now being in his new girl group. Bernard just fit with JYP the whole season and it was clear who he was gonna pick. YG didn't really put up a fight like he did with Jimin/LeeHi/AKMU/Yedam! Like he was cringe worthy with all of them, just like his is with Lily M this season.

jyp didn't really seem enthusisastic about it. i don't blame him, he knows bernard is not gonna last in the business for a long time. he's the most underwhelming winner in all kpopstar seasons and i don't see anything special about his voice or room for growth for him. he was just lucky that those crazy fangirls carried him all the way to the final, that's what really made the difference. i'm sure bernard has opened the door for an influx of more male contestants in season 4.

Congratulations to Bernard Park. I hope he'll have a great career at JYP. Just a funny coincidence, but I think it's interesting that all of the K-popstar contestants who have gone to JYP have family names that start with the same Korean letter (ㅂ) as JYP's family name -- PARK (박)...namely: Ji-min PARK (박), Bernard PARK (박), Ah-yeon BAEK (백), Je-Hyung PARK (박)... Am I leaving anyone out? The Korean letter "ㅂ" has a sound that's somewhere between a "b" and a "p" so Ah-yeon BAEK (백) is definitely a member of the club. :o) And Yerin BAEK (백) deserves to be an honorary member of the club, even though she didn't come from the K-popstar program. And then most of the contestants who have gone to YG have the family name "Lee"... as in... Lee Hi, Lee Soo Hyun, Lee Chan-hyuk, Lee Seung-hoon and Lee Chae-young. Bang Yedam and Jang Hannah are the exceptions, I guess. They will have to change their stage names to "Lee". ;o)

I feel that the kpop stars who goes with Yg tends to be more famous. Lee Hi top charts and won awards and so has Akdong musician the moment they debut, but fame seems to come at a slower pace with JYP. It's either they top charts instantly but slowly fades away or start out slow and then become more popular. Oh well it's the singers decision

I feel like he can learn more from antenna but he might not get as well as a treatment from antenna. like yg can help him with korean and stuff but in yg there is noone to help his guitar skills but antenna might just train him for a long time and wait until he's perfect whereas yg would debut him soon and let him improve even more after debut

The comment was no good vocalist made it JYP. I gave you a list of solo artist who became successful under JYP. Never said anything about mismanaged. Which, I do agree they had mismanaged their artist in the past, but its 2014 and they're already at a good start. Jiyoon became successful with JYP due to the "Adult Ceremony." And also Rain set his own management because he wanted to try and be independent, but ended up going giving jyp jtune right before leaving the military.
