Will it be ok if the person taking alprazolam since 20+ years and starting antidepressants also??
So if there is co ingestion of TCA or if the patient is chronic bzd dependent than what to do in that case ? Monitor the patient , give supportive care until the bzd effects go away on its own? Kindly guide

Yes, you are very right. In chronic BZD dependent patient all you can do is keep the patient alive by giving supportive care and wait for the body to clear away the drug.
