Benkovacki Sajam - the BIGGEST Croatian FLEA MARKET!
Today we made our way to Sukosan to base ourselves for the next week of exploring all around! Our first stop was the Benkovacki Sajam, which is the largest flea market in Croatia and has been going on for over 100 years. It takes place on the 10th of every month, so be sure to check it out if you're near Benkovac on the 10th of any month!

Been there a few times and it's crazy how packed it can get. Even going at 7am I still get stuck in huge traffic aproaching the sajam, but it's a really nice sajam and totally worth it.

Cool, except when you say Hrelić is not even close to it you're blatantly wrong, Hrelić is more visited every week. The flea market in Zagreb is much bigger with better infrastructure and happens twice a week every week. Not to mention that it actually has about 10x more used things being sold. Missing the many chinese goods, farming equipment and animals of Benkovac though, but that's not the ppint of a flea market I guess you went on a Wednesday or don't have good memory/research skills...
Ha ha and after living in Cro for 6556 years she still thinks about hazard and health&safety?😂😂 Also Croatian ladies usually prepare sandwiches for the trip You guys are living American life style .. always eating food on the go… good job you don’t eat in the car like in the USA 😂😂😂 Shame for the lamb… That will be no1 reason for me to go there …
