Welcome duck lovers!
The ducks and chick here at Benji's Clubhouse are let in the compost pile to root around and turn the leaves for me. It is fun for them and makes my job easier! Compost piles need turned so they can compost into dirt quicker. The ducks and chick working together make easy work for them. I just rake it into a pile when they are finished searching for grubs and other creepy crawly insects!

They are master gardeners. They work hard for worms and love rooting in the compost pile. The fact that they help is amazing and it's a bonus that they are so cute.
