I was 8 when my friend opened my eyes to the world of professional sports. The Jets had just won SB3 and the Mets were champions. 1969. I became a huge Jets/Namath fan and also Mets, Knicks and Rangers (Islanders didn’t exist yet). At 62 I have serious doubt that I’ll ever see the Jets in another SB.

Joe is a true gem. I'm not even a Jets fan, but I tune in just to hear him every week.

The Jets look like a discombobulated team. They can't get out of their own way. It's easy to blame Wilson. The entire offense is horrible. Dropped passes, penalty after penalty. They lost bcuz they are a crappie team.

Hey Jets Fans I know as a Raiders fan, we stink. Problem for all of you when you keep saying that is: a) we played a seventh round rookie at QB. You have a third year second pick overall. b) we have an interim HC who is on his second game as HC. You have Salah from the Superbowl runner up 9ers!. c) we have Crosby. Bad winners are the WORST. I'll make it simple for you: penalties took away a touchdown from the Jets and gave one to the Raiders. It's not about the QB, or the defense, or anything else. Your interim HC may well be better than Saleh though.

It's the same thing we (Jet fans) heard when the Jets beat Buffalo and Philadelphia. Those teams made mistakes and that's why the Jets won. In this case it's just to pile on how bad the Jets are by saying they lost to a team with problems that they should have beaten. I wouldn't say it has anything to do with the Raiders as negativity is pervasive when it comes to the Jets, from both within and without. So that's what it smells like. It always smells this way.

Watch Joe just to see if he says "Disastah!"

I agree, the loss to the Raiders was not on Zach, he was better but still not going to win games with one touchdown in 7 games. The Jets are playing hero ball. They have to prove they are as great as Saleh tells everyone. I also agree that Saleh is too nice. There is no excuse for all the penalties the Jets had in this game. Saleh is like your buddy camp counselor, not effective.

Nice to see Tiki giving Sauce some well-deserved criticism. As great as a cover CB that he is, he can't open field tackle for shit. He always tries to arm tackle instead of sticking his helmet or shoulder pads into the ball carrier. Josh Jacobs shook off one of his tackle "attempts" as if Sauce was a gnat.

Saleh with an expansion roster in his first year doubled the win total with horrible turnstile QB play. Last year he didn't get consistent QB play and he pulled the plug too late. Time for him to bench under performers and give someone else a shot...QB, need a true WR2, need consistent OLine play. More Breece and add some Izzy. 8 games to go 6-2 and pray they get in as a wild card team.

Wilson is gonna go to another team with a real offensive coordinator and ball out. The raw talent is there.

I knew he’d be watching… he’s probably calling Saleh a players coaches. He hated Herm Edward’s as a “players” coach. Not tough enough. Ps. Bye the way…. i hate Chris collingsworth. He used to dog the Texans on Sunday nights. How about CJ Stroud. What a great role model for today’s kids. I love underdogs. I have no connection to New York nor New Yorkers but back in the mid 90’s I start listen to Imus and ever since I’m hooked to all these radio personalities and it’s fans specially the WFAN660 I love how New Yorkers and Philly fans are so passionate about their team’s baseball football hockey etc. I relate to them how passionate they are about something that they are not afraid to display emotions and rage when things don’t go our way. LoL 😂 😂
