Omg for 10 years i had hot flashes not just at night but all day long!!! It was awful! In the middle of winter my husband would come home and i would have all the windows open 😂😂😂😂😂😂 he would say: what are you doing? It’s freezing in here!!!! I also would put my face into the freezer. After 10 years i still got them when i would be doing something tedious especially. I am 75 and still once in a while i will get a flash, my face will turn red and the sweat will break out!!! Not very often now, but once in a while!!!!! Men could never go thru what we do!!!

Skely I’m 73 with a few health problems your a great person since I’ve been watching you I’ve started wearing makeup putting mousse in my hair feel like a different woman please keep it up my cousin is well into her 70s and she is still on HRT she won’t let them taking her off it they never offered me HRT you stay safe ❤

That Doctor was an idiot! I went on HRT at 37 and still on it at 53 and i will never come off it! i wear the patches - one on each bum cheek😂😂😂 You crack me up Cath with John, bloody men lol Disgusting that Doctor with your Billy. My mum was being treated for rib inflammation when it was breast cancer - I went to town with the Doctor too, i was livid!! lost mum within 4 months due to their incompitence. You look lovely my Angel, I love these videos❤ Love you so much xxx

Put them in a glass of water over night in the fridge and dribk in the morning... good for kidneys and lots of other things. Have a read about them online, plenty of info about. I'm so glad your talking about menapause cath. I had symptoms from 45 & had my last period at 52. I'm 59 now & I swear to god I've got worse. Don't sleep weight gain axiexty to the point I can't drive any more. My diet is very good I exercise. I can't take HRT made me worse so I've tried everything going that supposed to help naturally. Any tips of what helps you? Thank you for sharing how your feeling. Makes me feel better I'm not on my own. Is John still on the balcony ha ha lol 😂 xx

Nanny, I’m so sorry to hear about how your brother passed. I knew he had, but did not know the disturbing circumstances. That so called doctor was a “ Quack.” I think it’s getting tough as you and John live separately and you’ve been on Holiday in the same apartment for quite awhile, and you can start to get on each other’s nerves. Lol It happens, just a natural thing. I hope you enjoyed your time out, you look smashing my darling, just smashing !! I’m so glad to hear someone else going through the same thing as me. When I started menopause, I was vile. My moods were unforgivable. I had to go the GP for HRT. SO glad I went because I think I could have killed someone. I agree as well that the time I would have had a period I get all those symptoms, the HRT does help a bit but I still get period pain and sore thighs. If I ever come back to this earth I want to be a man. Xx

I was put into menopause at 36 I had my ovary removed and I had my Thyroid removed. I was put onto hormone pills and I got a lump in my breast. I felt good on the hormone pills but I had to get off them.
