Lagu ini dipopulerkan Jepang ketika mereka menguasai sebagian besar Asia Timur sebelum akhirnya tunduk pada Amerika setelah dibom nuklir. Lagunya terus bergulir di radio-radio lokal di daerah masing-masing.
