What makes the people not spit or litter inside the metro or in stations which most people consider as their right in Bengaluru or for that matter anywhere in India?

All the building on MG road look pathetic. There were probably built in the 60's by people with no interest in modernity, beauty, or architecture and solely for the purpose of generating the maximum rent from jewellers, saree shops, etc. Those should be in Chickpet not MG road which was meant for fun and not for buying stuff.

There is no IT in the city center. You need to go the suburbs to find business parks.

Bengaluru is actually the third tallest urban region in India after Mumbai and NCR. But even then, lack of tall buildings is not "poor quality", will you say that about European cities?

There's a difference between skyscrapers and high rise buildings, and you DO find some high rises in this stretch

Why do you need highrises? It's expensive to build and increases the population density, Bengaluru is not a coastal city, it's grows sideways, not upwards look at the metropolitan area of Bengaluru and where it ranks among the indian cities, you'll realize how big it is. Second largest city in india with an area of 8000 km^2
