I can do this with my eyes closed. Ingenius design.
This video helped a ton. First shotgun I've owned, so I wanted to break it down and make sure I understood it. Got confused in a few places, but this video explained thinks perfectly.
Very helpful, thanks
I am the biggest fan of Banelli shotguns, i really wish if banelli could come and start its manufacturing unit here in india. I will be the first to purchase
Thanks for this video! It helps me ALOT :-)
Is it normal for the pin that holds the trigger assembly to the receiver to shift slightly? I notice with mine I have to push the pin in until I hear a click sound. Then it's flush with the receiver. After I rack the bolt back a few times. It'll slightly move again and the head of the pin is no longer flush with the receiver.
I can't remove the charging handle from my bolt
Can I ask questions? M4 dose not need any oil to bolt? My M4 miss firering sometimes. Dose not hit primer hard! I put oil all the time, bolt firering pin spring too? Like SBE or M3.

This might be two years late, but I hope you figured it out. If for some reason you didn't: it's either an issue with the ammo you're feeding it, or you may need to change out the springs. These shotguns were designed to work perfectly in the harshest possible conditions when regular maintenance is impossible, so the two things I've mentioned here are the most likely culprits.
So the magazine tube can't be removed easily for takedown carry?

When they leave the factory, the magazine and recoil tubes are secured with Red Loctite. Although there is no reason to secure the magazine tube with Loctite (outside of Benelli punishing us Americans for forcing them to neuter their beautful creation), it is possible to break that seal with enough heat and time in order to remove it the first time and clean the threads. I did this already when I changed out the 5-round tube for a standard 7-round tube, but generally it's accepted that there does not need to be any thread locker applied to the threads on the magazine tube on any shotgun of this configuration. The KSG-12 is likely a different story, but I'm getting off into the weeds now.
I just purchased my first benelli M4. The bolt release is so stiff that it hurts my finger to depress the release button. Is this a problem that needs to be addressed by Benelli or will it loosen up it time?

Rx arms solutions has an affordable addition for the rediculous small carrier release
best video out there.
Just pull the bolt back when you make the barrel kiss the receiver. It's not hard.
This Video Is Terrible !!! I could Not get the bolt carrier group to go all the way to the Rear so I had to send my Benelli M4 Tactical to a Gunsmith !!!

If there is an issue installing the bolt simply remove the trigger assembly, insert bolt, then reinstall trigger assembly. Should work every time.
