जैसे की हमने हमारे पहले वाले videos में जाना की Low AMH का मतलब होता है poor ovarian reserve और उसके साथ ही साथ egg की quality भी शायद कम है। इन महिलाओ में अपने अंडो से बच्चा पाने की सम्भावनाये काफी ज्यादा होती है जिसके लिए उनक advance stimulation तकनीक जैसे की Dual Stimulation IVF का इस्तमाल कर सकते है। दूसरी तकनीक जिससे Low AMH वाली महिलाओ को काफी फायदा हो सकता है और इस तकनीक को Autologous Stem Cell Therapy कहते है। Autologous Stem Cell Therapy क्या है ये जानने से पहले जानते है की Stem cells क्या होते है ?
Autologous Stem Cell Therapy
Stem cells यह regenerative cells जिनमें शरीर के किसी भी अंग को cells के रूप में विकसित करने की क्षमता होती है। Stem cells bone marrow में मिलते है। Bone marrow मेसे मिलनेके बाद एक filtration तकनीक होती है जिससे stem cells को isolate किया जाता है और इन stem cells को ovary के अंदर fuse किया जाता है।
Benefits of Autologous Stem Cell Therapy in Low AHM
-जब कभी भी AMH का value काफी कम रहता है यनेके उस मात्रा में कम है की दोनों तरफ के ovaries को मिलके ज्यादा से ज्यादा १-२ अंडे मिलनेकी गुंजाईश है। उस वक्त stem therapy लेनेका सुझाव दिया जाता है।
-यह काफी मेहेंगी थेरेपी है और १०० लोगो में से २५ या ३० लोगोकोही इसका फायदा होता है। ये इसलिए क्योकि यह technology इतनी भी advance नहीं हुई है की पता चले की ovary के लिए कोनसे stems cells बने हुए है।
जब भी stem cells inject किये मतलब यह नहीं की नए eggs बढ़ना शुरू होंगे उल्टा यह degenerated eggs को protect करता है ताकि अगले cycle में उन्हें stimulate किया जा सके।
-इस therapy के कोई side effects नहीं है।
Autologous Stem Cell Therapy कौन ना करे ?
Stem cell therapy करने से पहले AMH test के अलावा FSH की भी जांच की जाती है। अगर FSH 13 से ज्यादा हो तो stem cell therapy का सुझाव नहीं दिया जाता। अगर की महिला की उम्र ४० से भी ज्यादा हो तो भो डॉक्टर stem cell का सुझाव नहीं देते। अगर ovary में endometriosis का प्रभाव हुआ है या फिर cancer हुआ है तो भी Autologous Stem Cell Therapy का सुझाव नहीं देते।
यह एक painless , laparoscopic प्रक्रिया है। यह प्रक्रिया करने से पहले दोनों ovaries को 3D sonography द्वारा study किया जाता है और उन दोनों मेसे जो भी ovary अछि हो उस ovary में stem cell डाला जाता है। Autologous Stem Cell Therapy से extremely low amh वाली महिलाओ केलिए आशा की किरण है।
