Bending Waves With Metamaterials

Wave-bending metamaterials started out as a theory, then became some promising equations, and finally resulted in a crude, but working device that made a solid object seem to disappear. Two of the three pioneers of this remarkable achievement in physics, David R. Smith of Duke University and Sir John Pendry of Imperial College London, explain how it happened, with help from their colleague, Steve Cummer.
----
Duke-developed “metamaterials” are carefully designed structures that control all sorts of energy waves in previously impossible ways. Our researchers are poised to make these devices a household name.

Now we can get a basic understanding on how flying saucers are able to manoeuvre without making noise or or supersonic Shockwave

Lol, finally they made some progress of reverse engineering those crafts.

Were that it were so, but I tell you this: Microwave Electromagnetic Cloaking and Microwave Holographic Projection can look like whatever on FLIR. I bet CMNDR Frevore was actually in a dogfight with the shadow/ diffraction pattern cast by some metamaterial lens when you cast pump microwaves through it

We have understood those basic techniques for a long time. Flying saucers are able to maneuver at incredible speeds making no noise at all because they don't exist. Very easy for a fictional thing to do whatever you want it to.

My friends Chris and Ryan Bledsoe were allowed to hold meta material. It sent a surge of energy through them. Lue Elizondo himself came to pick it up from them. Confirmed it on a Spotify podcast.
