Cheers Paul, forgot just how wonderful the views are from up there. There was some fantastic light up there altho it was very windy & cold at the summit. Yeh taking the bike makes life a lot easier on return journey. Yip roll on the winter will be great getting a dollop of snow to play in. See you soon mate and cheers again ATB Franko

Excellent stuff Frank, thats where my hillwalking all began on Ben Vorlich . I'm the same as you , 3 times i've been up there now and camped on it once next to the trig for that amazing view of the Loch. I'm sure i'll be back up again "soon" . Enjoyed that mate ..cheers Stevie

Brilliant Frank you got a great day for it brilliant views over the loch aswell, was up there in January in the snow, great views over the Arrochar Alps love walking these mountains and there not to far to get to aswell. Ally 👍

Great video Frank and nice views. It was the same day that I went up "wee Buachaille" and ticked off my first Munro Stob Dubh, but it seems to be a lot windier up there.😉Ben Vorlich is on my list for next year. As I'm a bit of a hydro nerd, that and the two at Giorra Dam are extra interesting, now I'm "officially" a Munro bagger 🙃Two days later I went up Beinn Ghlas in torrential rain and wind and with absolutely no views. Gave Ben Lawers a miss as it was clagged in, and took the bypass path back from the bealach. Next year I plan to include An Stuc after Ben Lawers, as I don't fancy the steep climb from the opposite side. That looked a bit too scary in your earlier video. Take care 😃

Looks like the day was kinder on your trip Frank, I did this on the 6th October a few weeks ago and was accompanied by heavy wind, rain and clag. Nice to see what I couldn't the other week 😅 pleased to say my return visit to the Bridge of Orchy Hills in September was a lot more pleasant! Living so far away makes it all the more challenging. Winter hibernation for this solo bagger now.

Thanks for the watch & comment👍 yeh I’ve been up there 3 times now and loved it every time. I’ll defo be back up when the snow arrives. I find the music is the hardest bit and I know everyone has diff tastes. I usually just listen to Spotify and if I hear something I like I’ll usually just buy the track from iTunes as there not expensive. I’ll have a look at your channel and thanks for the sub.👍 ATB Frank
