    Hey, I agree with you guys, but I think what Ben was talking about in terms of “act-based” is that in judaism there are a bunch of very specific acts and protocol, e.g., a certain number of times per day you “should pray,” there are specific prayers for each time of day, there are dietary rules and acts, there is a specific way you’re supposed to give charity, very specific protocol around cleaning and bathing, etc. Very few jews follow all these rules of course : ). But the rules and procedures exist.
