Whilst strolling on a beach in the Nelson area, Smith Wigglesworth related to a local Pastor how God showed him a vision of a great spiritual awakening and revival breaking out in NZ and sweeping around the world all the way back to Jerusalem. The Pastor asked Smith if that was what they were presently witnessing (my mother, Helena, was healed and baptised in Holy Spirit in Smith's meetings) but Smith replied that it was sometime in the future in the last great outpouring of the Spirit before Jesus returns. @@PourItOut I asked my late mother (who was strong in her faith until her death at nearly 104) about Smith's meetings. She was in those Wellington Town Hall meetings. She said the presence of God was so strong that people walking by began falling down under the conviction of sin and crying out to God for mercy. Smith was in NZ twice in the 1920's and at one time received an invitation from my grandfather, Assid Abraham Corban (founder of Corbans Wines in Henderson, Auckland), to visit my extended Corban family at their winery homestead (still standing and I visit it regularly as I live nearby). Smith accepted the invitation and held a communion service there for my family. If you are ever in Auckland, contact me on 0272937757 and I will take you to my "first" home to visit the very place of that communion service. Wow!!!!! God showed me that and told me things about this move before i even fully believed He was real!!!! Far out i need to know more about this! He told me He was going to birth something NEW the world had never seen before and it would start in Christ church and go all the way back to Jerusalem!
