As a Wrexham fan, this was a brilliant episode…up the town

As a Seattleite, onboard with Wrexham's magical narrative, Mark's graciousness boosts the story even further. How can anyone not warm to his old-school team sacrifice? Both Mark and Ben win hearts and minds in this episode. With these two, a glorious future beckons!

As a Baggies fan I look forward to this, one story I've got from the one and only time I met Ben was back in September 2012, WBA were playing Reading at home in the Prem and it was my older brother's 18th birthday that day. Before the match when he was doing his warm up, I went to get a photo with Ben because he did this ritual after making a few saves he would go behind the goal to talk to the kids and take photos. It got to my photo and my brother was taking a long time to take it, Ben just said "bloody hell, come on mate I've gotta get back to the warm up here" eventually we got the picture but it was brilliant. We actually laugh about it now as a family, Ben is an absolute legend for that alone. Happy birthday to him and hopefully he's fit again for your game on Friday

Great narrative. You can see a genuine friendship develop between these two, brilliant to see them as team mates for Wrexham 👍

I'd love to see you interact with a hockey goalie. There are no limits on substitutions in hockey. When you let in about 4-5 you are switched out for the backup depending on how they went in. How would you feel if a football goalie could be switched out without effecting the substitutions? Reynolds might be a part owner of a bunch of them in Ottawa and Belleville soon!

Fantastic for Wrexham, Mark and the lads will learn a lot from that boy Ben Foster!!

mark made me fall in love with the gk position at school 10 years later bens yt has made me want to carry on persuing my dream of playing in goal, since i have started to fall out of love with the glorious game and began focusing on work, lukily i have the oportunity to do both in one, couldnt think of a better pair to be watching in a time of crisis

The 2 GOATS🔥

I'm a goalie from years ago. I love Ben for his enthusiasm. Back in my time (80's) I used to wear Uhlsport gloves and their shin pads. I also use to carry the glove bag and put in the net. I was just a novice so I paid for everything myself. Adidas World Cup 78 boots and my Uhlsport stuff. The one thing I used to do, which I've seen a keeper do is, I used to have a mini spray bottle in my glove bag filled with water. I'd grab the bottle every now and then to wet my gloves. In a pinch, I'd have a drink.

It was ‘Grown Ups’. 45:42 “I like the way you say ‘maize’.”
