Napanuod ko ang Rewind sa Netflix kanina. Naghiwalay kami nang Asawa ko dahil sa pagiging makasarili ko at pagkawala nang oras ka sa aking Mag-ina dahil sa sobrang trabaho. Unti-unting lumamig ang puso kong dating napakainit sa kanya at nawalan ako nang Gana. Umuuwi ako sa Parents ko at alam nila ang situation naming mag-Asawa but they chose na hindi makialam samin dahil alam nila na kami lang ding mag-Asawa ang makakaayos nang problema between us. God is Good! Salamat at napanood ko ang Rewind. Tinawagan ko ang Asawa ko sa Phone kanina at nagset ako nang special dinner date saming dalawa ngayong gabi. Sabi niya na magbibihis daw siya at sunduin ko Siya mamaya sa bahay namin. Handa na akong baguhin lahat at magsisimula ito ngayong gabi susulitin ko and ieenjoy ang time naming mag-asawa habang kami ay magkasama at nabubuhay pang dalawa at ibibigay ko lahat para saking Mag-ina. ☝️♥️

I remember every Friday or Monday night the boys (3-6 guys who are 17-25 smth) they would play their guitar and sing this, drink coffee and watch over the place. Yes they were my neighbors. You might think it's annoying like karaoke at night but their voices are so amazing together that I wish I could've recorded it and listen to it whenever I sleep. Now some of the boys moved. They never played music since then... I would never forget those calm sleepy moments, they didn't know it but they helped me sleep

I lost my bestbud last February and this song is one of his faves, and I really really miss him. We're freshmen in college and we took the same course in the same institution, which he loved and I didn't. Everything went downhill after his passing. It's like as if the world was spinning so fast while I stood still. Ang hirapp.. Especially when I kept on dreaming about him. Siguro it's my subconscious telling me to let go, but ang hirap.. I'm scared na I might forget his voice, his laugh, and his tight hugs when time passes. After being hospitalized for a month, I've seen him in great pain and agony. But our last interaction really served a great impact to me. Last namin nagkausap was a week before his passing, I visited him in his hospital room and the moment he saw me his faced brightened, antaas ng ngiti nya nung pagkakita nya na ako yung dumating. Pinipigilan ko lang sarili ko na magbreakdown on spot, because it was the first time nakita ko syang ngumiti after all the surgeries he had undergone, and last thing he told me before I left was "Thank you so much Mer" Thank you din... I will still be your bestbud, your cramming partner, your kapwa enhinyerong sibil in our next life🫂

If today is not ours, and we crossed our paths again in the future, I will still choose you the way I chose you today.

I still cherish the memories when my little sister was with us, even though she wasn't my parents' child but my mom's sibling's. I treated her as my own little sister, I was the babysitter. From the time she was born until she reached sixth grade, we were incredibly close. Whenever I went out, she would come along, riding on our motorcycle. However, when I went to college, I had to make sacrifices and move to the city to study. Her mom took her to celebrate her birthday at the pool, little did I know it would be her last day. My mom called, sobbing uncontrollably, "Our youngest is gone." She drowned early that morning and was found in the afternoon (August 2022). She was rushed in the city hospital but everything was too late. I cried so much that the motorcycle driver who was giving me a ride comforted me all the way to the hospital. It still hurts to remember the times when we were happy, only for something irreversible to happen suddenly. Life really is shorter than we realize, isn't it? 😢

It's so sad that you have committed your future life over someone who can't love you in this lifetime. It's so sad that you have promised to him that it would only be him - you were blinded by the greatness of love you've felt for him - not realizing that there's someone out there who wants to love you more than you wanted to be loved by the person you've been wishing to have. It's sad how people tend to be contented with hurting while loving the person just because that what they think love is. But let me tell you this, it's real and true love when it's right. It is real once in this lifetime, he made you the happiest. And I think that shud be the thing, wish for another lifetime to continue the happiness and love you have started instead of trying to convince yourself that you still have another chance to make it right, to make him stay, and to make him loved you. :) Love, everyone. This song reminds me of my tita and Tito, how beautiful their love story was. My tita underwent 12 years of dialysis, and because of the gastusin my Tito endure long lines at government agencies for assistance. He did this every single day, from morning to night. Which really lengthen my tita’s life for 12 more years. The government agencies that provided medicine and financial aid. Yet, I didn’t hear my Tito complain about it. My tita died due to level 5 kidney failure, and shortly after 1 1/2 months, my Tito followed her to heaven. Pinatunayan talaga nila na Hanggang sa susunod na habang buhay magkasama sila.

Maybe in another life- we'll meet again, when the day is great, the coffee is hot, and the sweater is soft. Maybe in another life- we won't have to hurt each other anymore just to prove that the love we have is acceptable. Maybe in another life- I'll see you again, in a far away city where all the pain in our past life will be forgotten and buried. Maybe in another life- there will be no such thing as "maybe" anymore.
