He's been doing press circuits for years now and being able to do them from home gives an advantage that he can set up props for gags because he knows that questions about taking souvenirs from set are gonna be asked and of course people are going to bring up Prince Caspian too. Basically he's just good at his job.

I was so young when I first had a crush on ben from prince caspian days.

Honestly I have read the trilogy but everything about the show is an improvement. The Darkling is more sympathetic. I found myself agreeing with his motivations if not his actions and the chemistry between Ben and Jessie is off the charts. Mal is way more likeable in the show too and I'm on his side. I love the change they made for Mal where he's no longer placing blame on Alina for her time with the Darkling or acting insecure about their relationship, it makes it much more believable amd it makes Mal feel like a hero and a good man who's secure in himself rather than a jealous teen. The casting is really top tier. I adore Kitt, Anita and Freddy too, they're just the perfect crows.

Cant wait for season 2 omg!
